I've been taking these daily for a while. At first I always used the chewable, but I didn't always follow through with taking them. I actually bought these capsules by accident. It turned out to be a happy accident, because when I went to get my blood tested this year my iron levels were stable. They're in the low range but that's typical for me. Easy to swallow.

Love taking this vitiamin because instead of taking 5, Ai only have to take one.

Needed iron supplement and they stained my teeth. These are not supplied to do that according to mfg. took about a week to get used to. Diarrhea and first but all good now.

After gastric bypass I wouldn't be able to get the required iron and vitamins without these. Bloodwork over 2 years confirms they're providing needed nutrients. I tried other products and they were chalky or left a waxy residue on my mouth. The only downside is that I take 3 of these along with 4 other medications upon awakening, and try to do it in 2 gulps of water. At first I found them very hard to swallow and they'd often get stuck in my throat. Then I discovered that if I tilt my head back just as I swallow I can get them down. I tried opining a capsule and mixing with applesauce as mfr suggested... YUCKKK. Worse than the Vit C powder I took as a kid. Overall a terrific product with excellent customer support -- by phone and email I've been "WOWed" by their quick response time.

There complete with everything you need including Iron. Easy to swallow pills. Love them. A must for anyone that had Gastric Bypass
