This Light Rocks!! This is very heavy duty and very bright! I never liked the looks of the KC style lamps and this is a great alternative, its sleek looking and well made, very modern look. I like it has adjustable mounting to make it fit from 2 inch mounting holes up to the length of the light fixture which is about 18 inches. I bought a new E-Autogrilles 87-06 Jeep Wrangler TJ/YJ Off Road Front Bumper with 2x D-ring & Winch Plate (51-0034) and was able to mount the light under the brush bar and over the winch so its part of the profile with plenty of clearance left for the winch to operate without interference. Defiantly one of my better accessory purchases. If you own any-kind of a Off road vehicle you have to have this! Did I say how BRIGHT this is!! Its unbelievably BRIGHT! They warn when buying "Not DOT Approved", I can understand that, if you was to use this light with oncoming traffic your going to cause an accident. My 97' Jeep Wrangler came from the factory with the a on/off rocker switch for the fog lights but it was also wired into the headlamp switch so when you had the headlamps on and engaged the fog lamp rocker switch they would illuminate. My point, I didn't want to use the existing wiring circuit because the fog lamps would only operate with the headlamps in the "on" position regardless of the fog light rocker switch position. I wanted the operation of my "New Light" to be separate from the headlamp circuit so I could have full control of the light operation, so I could use it without the headlamps having to be on. So to fix it where the rocker switch for the fog lamp circuit is on a separate circuit than the headlamps, I used a "Nilight Off Road ATV/Jeep LED Light Bar Wiring Kit with 40 amp Relay" for $10 bucks and fixed that issue taking the headlight switch out of the equation. Now I can use my NEW Light with a flip of a switch. Something else while not really related but I think it needs to be put out there, Amazon has just about every thing you need and at reasonable prices. I usually shop around before I commit to buy and 99.5% of the time Amazon is my choice when buying Accessories for my Jeep and just about everything else. They are comparable and most of the time Cheaper than most of the online 4x4 stores. Sometimes you can find an item a few dollars cheaper but since I buy just about everything from Amazon I opted for the Prime Membership. What I save in shipping charges and other benefits makes it worth while for me. I buy car parts, toiletries, kitchen supplies, bedding, clothes, I haven't been in a box store in years other than buying groceries and a few trips here and there for a quick item I may need. And the thing I really like is unlike eBay, the items are NEW and of good Quality. I'm sure someone out there has a "Hard Luck" story about their amazon experience, but to date and after six years of buying bunches and bunches of stuff, I have no complaints. Getting back on track....if your in need of a 18" light bar, I would highly recommend this product not only for its sleek looking design but also its performance, did I tell ya its "Very Bright"!! 2019 update — light are still working perfectly on my golf cart. Added this unit to my golf cart after already installing a 20" LED from Nilight. Aluminum wire makes long life soldering joints a problem but I coated the solder joints with dielectric grease before heat shrinking the joint. Aluminum and copper don't work well together. My soldering with dielectric grease coating would not be recommended for mission critical components. Copper wires are usually basic quality but not on these low cost LEDs. It is a trade off that mfg. made to save money. I used clear silicone RTV to seal the lens around the perimeter and sealed the screws. However, these will not sit in the direct rain. They are tucked under the golf cart canopy. These are as bright as I need. I used the wiring harness I had already installed for the 20" LED lights which has a 40 amp relay. I simply spliced in the 12 inch LED leads by using an automotive style plug together weather proof connector. This 72 watt light only draws about 6 amps so wiring it into the existing wiring harness is fine. See the pictures of the installation and use at near dark. Remember, these lights do NOT come with a wiring harness only a couple of long leads. You need to purchase a wiring harness. I must say, these lights are a real bug attractor. Have to keep the speed up or get eaten alive by the bugs. LOL.

This review is for the Nilight - NI06A-72W 12Inch 72W Spot Flood Combo Led Light Bar. I bought this LED light bar as a replacement for the small stock incandescent truck bed light on my ‘93 Honda Acty truck. What I like about this light is the (2) mounts can be adjusted by loosening a hex screw and sliding them along a track on the back of the light. There’s also another bracket that allows the light to swivel up and down to control the direction of the beam. Installation wasn’t too bad. Luckily, the existing light had a bullet connector, so all I had to do was connect a male and female bullet to the light’s wiring and plug it in. Also, because the mounts can move, I was able to use the existing light mount. The most difficult part was putting the brackets on the light because tryIng to place the washers and the bolt in at the same time took some patience. It’s good that the hardware is stainless steel, so hopefully it doesn’t rust. The light itself is pretty hefty and the body feels solid, not cheapy by any means. My only concern is if it’s sealed well and water-tight -as other reviewers have said that theirs got water inside the glass. The light is really bright and illuminates the entire bed and about 10 feet behind it and a few feet on the sides. It didn’t feel hot even after being on for a few minutes, but has fins on the back to dissipate heat if left on for an extended period. All in all, a very good light for the price, with the only caveat being it’s waterproof reputation.

This is my first time actually purchasing an item like this. At first glance and touch, the product has a 'heavy feel' and does not have a plastic look. It seemed to be sturdy and to be of good built. Upon further investigation, the led lights were not centered properly in the cone but what do you expect. When actually using the product it worked wonders, I have this mounted on my motorcycle and it exceeded my expectations. The light is bright enough to show about 10' from me and has a wide beam which I enjoy. I travel in the night quite often and this is awesome. I have yet to see how it battles out rain to see if it is properly sealed. Would I buy again of course, recommend the manufacturer of this great product. UPDATE!!! 12/29/2016 I have had some time now with this product and I am yet super satisfied. I live in an area in which motorcycles are not respected. This light now allows me to demand respect! This light allows me to drive with confidence and with additional safety. You should see the look on people's faces when they think a huge truck is coming and when I pass by them they see a motorcycle! Many of my friends are completely impressed with this and keep asking where did I get it, and with a big smile on my face I proudly say NILIGHT! I must also add this light has not had any condensation issues and at the time we are experiencing heavy rain where I live and I do wash my motorcycle every day (when its not raining). I have seen many review saying it does have condensation issues however for my product I did not have that issue. WOULD I BUY AGAIN??? HELL YEA.. Im working on a huge project and will be buying several more products from them!!!

Doesn't come with wiring, harness.

haven't had time to talk about it's reliabilty .. powered up at 12 vdc , draws 3.45 amps. gets pretty warm, but does have a large area as a heat sink. i got the green , it's very bright .. range well over 200 feet. will be perfect to light up my deer feeding area. UPDATE: I had time to run this light for an extended time .. MAX temp recorded on surface was 144 ( F ) degrees after 8 hours of ON time. No failure of single LEDs were seen. As an added note: the deer didn't seem to be put off by their feeding site being lit up.. : )

For the price, i didnt expect its performance, its more a Flood than a spot, but it illuminates lots of ground ahade of you, i highly recommend.

This Nilight 12 inch blue spot/flood light is a very well made product. The included hardware is very good quality and the two adjustable brackets allow the LED light to be pivoted to different angles (attached photos). To say this is a very bright light would be an understatement. It is incredibly bright and if it is stared at your eyes would quickly feel as though they're sizzling. I attempted to get a couple of photos when the light was on but it was a blur with no definition. Great product that is super bright.
