We bought two of these hoses. After a short time one blew the end off. This company did a replacement.We no sooner dropped the defective how or at UPS and received a new replacement.We're impressed with the product and the customer service. The build quality of this hose is exceptional. It is rated as heavy duty, which translates into a somewhat heavier hose than we have used before. The typical hose from local stores is medium duty. Thus durability is something of a trade-off for easy of use of the hose. It is a bit heavy to drag around the lawn and garden. But if you don't need to move it a lot on a regular basis, it is a very solid hose that should last a long time.After several months of use, I must amend this earlier review. The hose developed a leak at the connection point to the second hose. After many attempts to tight the connection, nothing worked, The base fitting turned out to be of poor quality, and now I am beyond the return date. I can try to cut the hose and use a repair piece from a hardware store. But it is very disappointing that an expensive "heavy duty" hose essentially is useless after several months of light use. Look elsewhere for a hose.

UPDATE 3Like others, the coupler failed where it attached to the city water. It was not under constant pressure, always kept turned off except when in use. Warranty is useless. THE HOSE FROM HELL. I gave it to a friend, but he never used it and returned it immediately due to kinking) unwieldy handling. Next stop is the garbage can.UPDATE 2This is the WORST hose I have ever owned in 73 years. A kinked up tangled mess on the hose hanger. "Kink free guarantee" How do I get my $ back? So frustrated, I wouldn't give this to my worst enemy.UPDATEChanged rating to 2 stars because it is very rigid and after a weeks use still retains original tight loops. Very hard to use and store. Replacing with a better quality rubber hose.Looks good, but I like the Craftsman hose I purchased 10 years ago better (still going strong). However, I wish it was a bit more flexible. I only use it to do my pool and hot tub, so it will be ok for that.

I haven't had the hose very long but it seems to be of good quality. The only small problem I have with it is that it tends to twist easily; however, it doesn't kink and stop the water flow.

Easy installation

I bought 2, so I could run either two faucets or combine them to reach the far side of the front yard. The fittings are durable, and the hose is too. It hasn't kinked or leaked.

I really like the way these hoses are designed and constructed, but 2 of them broke the same way: The connectors broke and ejected right off the internal plastic fittings!

When you just need a short hose to get around thing like bushes!!! it is great!Durability we will have to see on that one ... but it seems very strudy . With the Florida SUN and HEAT we will see just how much it can take!But for right now it is working great!!!!
