It blocks light nicely , warms according to your body temperature and offers relaxation. Get one!

Soooo relaxing!
Soooo relaxing. Similar to one used on me at the spa. Great for eye puffiness, but also just relaxing. Likely works on sinus headaches too- I’m not sure, but I’d try it.

Not real jade!
It still feels nice when you've had it in the fridge for a while, like using it for cryotherapy. But if you're like me and was hoping to have the metaphysical/magickal effects of jade, don't get it. It's literally just a bunch of beads. They're literally see through, and most of the time jade isn't that see through. Its hard to find real jade products on Amazon, and now I understand that.

excellent eye mask
I'm a massage therapist and I use this in my practice. My clients love it. I cool it before using and they enjoy the cooled jade around their eyes. Seller is great, price is fair and the quality is perfect. Highly recommend.
