Q: I am 5'4" & weigh 221 i usually get a 22/24 but if they run large should i go smaller?

I'm 5'4" and I weigh 290. I carry most of my weight from my hips down, so I ordered a 4X. Most pants that fit my hips don't fit in the waist, so I'm really happy for the drawstring. To me they fit true to size, if not a bit generous. If your proportional, maybe 2X would work.

Q: I see tall/33" inseam in the description, but tall is not in the drop down size list. are talls available or not? thanks!

They do not give a choice of lengths. Mine were way to long.

Hem them yourself or most dry cleaners will hem for you
