Great Kids Playhouse!
So easy to put together! Lightweight and easy to move around. Currently have this set up outside and have it staked down through holes around the lower edges, hasn’t even budged! Easy to clean and to take apart if needed. Does not take up a lot of space. Super cute, my kiddo loves it! Great for young toddlers, 1-4. Well worth the price!

Very worth it.
This house is such good quality had it for around 2 years it’s been outside rain or shine and honestly still looks brand new.

Great Play Addition
We recently purchased the Little Tikes outdoor playhouse for our backyard, and overall, it’s been a fantastic addition for our kids! It’s sturdy, safe, and full of fun features that keep our little ones entertained for hours. The design is charming and kid-friendly, with just the right amount of space for imaginative play, whether they’re pretending to cook, host a tea party, or run their own little “house.”Assembly was straightforward, and the materials feel durable enough to withstand outdoor weather and energetic play. Once set up, it looked great in our yard and instantly became a favorite hangout spot for our toddler and their friends. That said, the box it arrived in was pretty beaten up, which was a bit concerning at first. Thankfully, the contents were intact and undamaged. Also, the coloring was slightly off from what was shown online—still cute, but not quite the vibrant tones we expected. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but worth noting if you’re particular about color matching.Despite those minor issues, the playhouse itself is wonderful. It’s well-made, encourages creativity, and has already provided countless hours of joy. I’d definitely recommend it to other parents looking for a fun, safe outdoor play option—just be prepared for a less-than-perfect box and a slight color variation.

Very cute and perfect size for our toddler!
We bought this for my toddler for Christmas. We assembled it in about an hour on Christmas Eve after he had gone to bed. It is super sturdy and the colors are so cute! Pretty easy to assemble as well, could be done with one person.

Fun for the little ones!
Was somewhat easy to put together, and has held together through our strong days of wind. We did steak it down. My two year old loves his own little house! It has not been through the blazing summer yet or the harsh winter. We did buy a cover for it so we are hoping that it will help it from deuterating quickly through the harsh months.

Adorable, toddler is obsessed
I got this for my 2 year old son, and he would honestly sleep in it if he could. It’s super cute, you can create so many different flexible little worlds inside, and it seems like it will stand up to his enthusiastic play.Took me about 30-40 minutes to assemble, not the 20 it says. I’m pretty good at assembling things so I was surprised that it took longer than they anticipate. Pieces went together pretty easily, instructions were mostly clear, and everything was included except a Phillips head screwdriver and flagpole. It’s super cute and large - I have the Step 2 kitchen and was actually able to put it inside along with some little plastic chairs. I’m 5’7 and fit inside it easily, so it will definitely work for kids up to 7 or 8 I’d say.Lots of fun features including windows that open, a mail slot, and the half door (it doesn’t latch but that’s not an issue for me).It doesn’t come with a flag although it does have a flag holder, so I’ll have to make one of those. There’s also no floor, so I put a kids rug underneath which worked perfectly. There’s not a lot of decoration (no stickers like the usual kids stuff) but there are plenty of places you could add your own. Also, we stuck a battery powered light in the ceiling so it would be fun at night too, and it’s super cute.

Flimsy Playhouse, Good For Starter At This Price Point.
The Little Tykes Cape Cod Cottage Playhouse is a decent starter playhouse. Assembly is fairly straightforward, and the simple design with working doors and windows is appealing for imaginative play. However, the plastic is flimsy and less durable than older Little Tykes products, making it prone to warping and not as sturdy as expected for long-term outdoor use. It's good for light play, but don't expect it to withstand heavy weather or rambunctious kids without some careful placement or anchoring. Honestly this was kinda expected at this price point. Sorta regreting not getting the Step-2's playhouse instead, but I guess if LO still likes to play in it in 2 years, will probably get another sturdier one (not from Little Tykes).
