Ozeri 10" Stone Frying Pan, with 100% APEO & PFOA-Free Stone-Derived Non-Stick Coating from Germany

Having been in a position where my existing pan had seen its better days long ago and given the fact that I've just fitted my new kitchen, from bare walls to my wife's finishing touches I decided it was time to get a new pan. I have to say I was very naive about the concerns over the harmful chemicals released from non stick technology. Then I found this beauty, I know it sounds weird to be describing a pan in such a way but I cannot stress enough how this pan has pleased me, from its design, it's looks, its performance and it's price( I'd have payed double if I'm honest) I've used it on a number of occasions and its performed effortlessly, from cooking a whole English breakfast, a Thai green chicken curry and one or two risottos. I did as directed, used a teaspoon of olive oil to season it, wiping it around and removing the excess and since then never looked back. Cleaning it is a breeze, I've had no issues whatsoever with anything sticking to it, everything has just rinsed/wiped straight off. Food is very well cooked and the temperature throughout the pan seems well distributed. I'm not sure what else needs to be said, but yourself one, see for yourself, you won't regret it.

what a gorgeous product!I was always a Tefal user but had enough of their quickly retiring cookware and decided to look elsewhere. I never had a light coloured pan either and the reviews didn't inspire me much, but I went with this out of sheer curiosity. it is gorgeous. light but sturdy. it is SO easy to clean and absolutely nothing sticks. I use very little olive oil which I spread around evenly before cooking, using a silicone brush (helps use less oil when cooking too). I read their instructions which also said to remove excess oil to avoid sticking (using a paper napkin) I didn't have this issue thx to the brush.I have now owned it for just over 3 months and it still looks new, the only telltale is slight discoloration on one corner on the underside of the pan (maybe due to my gas hob idk)I guess if I had to nitpick I'd say the only slight downside are the handle pins, they are exposed on the inside of the pan and food sticks to then a bit which adds extra scrubbing when cleaning. however I love the aesthetic of it so tbh, it does not really bother me all that much, since a quick soak removes all grime.I have cooked all sorts of foods and no discoloration is happening, which was my n1 fear. I love this pan.

I waited 3 months to write this review because I, and my food have been burned before by what is a seemingly good pan initially, that turns out to be terrible after a few weeks. Culprits in the 'initially non-stick- becoming total crap later' include: Green Pan; John Lewis ceramic non stick; Sainsburys ceramic non stick.The long and the short is that this pan is brilliant! I have used it almost daily for a variety of tasks, from fried eggs to sauces, fresh fish to pancakes, it has never once let me down.It is non-stick, without being like black ice initially (eggs spread for miles). Follow the instructions to season the pan initially, and enjoy flawless performance, no matter the food being cooked.Additionally, it cleans easily with old fashioned soap and water.

This is a brilliant and truly non-stick 'green' pan. I've tried the other pan GreenPan before and hated it since it always burnt my food and wasn't truly non-stick. This one is such a breeze to use and have had no problems with food sticking or getting burnt.Follow the instructions and season the pan by rubbing a light layer of oil (I just use regular vegetable/rapeseed oil) using paper towel before you put it on the hob and cook the food.Don't need to use a high flame to cook the food because it conducts heat really well.Make sure to let the pan cool down before washing it, rather than plunging it straight into the sink of water after using it, otherwise it may crack it.Its very easy to clean using a bristle brush or dishcloth.Only slight NEGATIVE thing about this pan - it came with a few minor scratches on the inside near the top rim. I took some pictures and contacted the seller who got back to me to say they will send me a new one but they never did.Nevertheless, I am really happy with the pan and I don't think the scratches will be a huge problem. I will happily buy a bigger one in the future.

This pan was bought as a present and the recipient is absolutely delighted with it's performance. Dry cooking, steaks, saute, (sorry about zero French accents), omelettes, English breakfast etc. etc. this pan excels. No stick at all but most importantly it cooks all foods fabulously and washing is effortless. The recipient was particularly impressed with it's robust construction, and, if that triple riveted handle should ever come off he will eat his hat apparently! My negative as the purchaser? It cost a Kings ransom to deliver but more critically it was bought as a present and there was NO option to gift wrap OR EVEN to attach a gift card. You have a great product Ozeri but get real with your marketing please. You could have got 5 stars!!

My mum bought one of these pans over 2 years ago and with regular use it is still as perfect as the day she bought it. I decided to buy one and can honestly say it is the best frying pan I have ever used. The quality is excellent and all meals cook to perfection. I use it for for fry-ups every weekend and cook fish, steak, etc in it on a frequent basis. It washes up a treat with hot soapy water and a soft cloth or sponge. It comes with its very own pan protector which I thought was a lovely addition to the pan. The handle has a nice feel to it and I love the fact the pan is PFOA-free. I will treat it with the respect it deserves (like my mum does) knowing it will serve me well. It may appear costly but you will probably spend more money by buying cheaper, poorer quality alternatives on a more regular basis. A fantastic investment.

My wife and I purchased two Ozeri pans a few years ago and found them to be the best nonstick pans we’ve ever had. We had a slight problem with one of them and contacted Ozeri Customer support who quickly, rectified the situation to our utmost satisfaction.Totally recommend this product both for the quality as well as the customer support.

Bought this pan almost two years ago, use it pretty much everyday, and it is still like new. Just a little discoloration but that is normal after time. I've switched everything over to these APEO & PFOA-Free Stone-Derived Non-Stick pans to get away from other toxic coatings. Like any other no-stick pans, you do have to take care of these - no metal spatulas, etc.... and don't use with high heat if you want them to last. To clean, I quickly hand wash, dry , then put it away with the pan protector that comes with it. This is the best non-stick pan I've ever used and I also bought the Ozeri standing lid for it as well. The attached pictures are latest after almost two years of use.

I've had this for about 6 months and used it a couple of dozen times and still works great. Non stick surface is excellent and eggs still don't stick.

UPDATE OCTOBER 2024 It's still holding on strong and wonderful, yes it has a couple of scratches maybe someone else at home used an improper utensil but, its my fave pan, so much I bought another one, larger!.I purchased this early September so I’ve had it for three weeks, using it almost daily, nothing sticks, so easy to clean, and works lovely even without oil (I cooked salmon with skin so it has some fat but not a lot to drip). Before I purchase more at this great price, I’ll make sure it keeps well for a few months!

After watching the movie "Dark Waters" we tossed all our teflon cookware. We've been researching and experimenting with alternatives ever since. We found this one and love it. We use it every single day, bfast and dinner. We wore our first one out and replaced it with this one. The gold flecks in the black are so pretty! Makes you happy to cook! Non-stick works great! Good heat distribution. Clean up is a breeze. This is so good looking we never put it away. It lives on our stove top. LOVE this pan. Nice depth and the sides keep everything inside the pan. Handle feels nice in your hand. It's heavy weight but not too heavy for arthritic hands. It's just the perfect pan!
