As an Entry Level Business Analyst I wanted to get a better understand of Business Process Improvement therefore, i purchased this book. Great read, simple and direct.

The ideas presented are not very interesting.

This book truly helped me wrap my head around the agile process and implementing it into my business. Great charts, easy to read, and helpful in multiple facets of company management. Would highly recommend.

One of the best Process books out there! It covers basic definitions and key terms. It gives a lot of suggestions about basic process improvement which are really helful for business.

I bought the Kindle version and returned it.Some graphs are not in the right direction while reading it on my device.The content is too verbose and meaningless for me to read.
