It fits perfectly!
We had the Donjoy ice machine for my husband’s first knee surgery two years ago & lent it to a friend. We never checked the box when got it back, just assumed all was ok. It wasn’t, apparently a dog had chewed on the pad part! When we plugged it in when when husband got home from the hospital, it leaked like a sprinkler! Thank heavens for Amazon and this replacement pad! Fits perfectly!!

will work with the PhysioNatural cryo machine
This product will work with the PhysioNatural cryo machine if you switch out the hose coupling. Very easy. 5 stars.

It's tiny. Really tiny. Buyer beware!
Buyer beware. Unless you have a pencil neck, this is way too small. Check the pictures! I had to fight to get my money back. This is the evidence that I provided to Amazon. The diameter of my neck is 7 in, that is a 22-in circumference. the diameter of the device is 4-in, a 16-in circumference. That is a 6-in difference, a significant deficiency in its size. If I apply the Velcro to make it fit, it will strangle me. This item is child-sized. It is not as depicted, in my opinion. The photo of the item listing that I included has statements leading one to believe that it's size is universal."Adjustable. The best fit for your needs". Is the statement made on that photo that supports its universal claim. This item is not as described, therefore it is not the item that I thought I was buying. A refund and return are the resolution to this issue. After providing the photographs, and the documented evidence, I got an immediate refund.

great for after surgery
Bought it as my husband had jaw surgery. Did the job. Material is a little flimsy to the feel. Not easy to keep in place. Only one I could find for an ice machine. All by all glad we purchased it; reduced swelling much quicker than just bags filled with ice.

Great way to avoid overheating while in bed!
I bought a ice water system after answering a question on bed cooling systems. I put the pad under a thin blanket or towel, and then sleep on top of the cooling pad!It has worked great for over a month now. I find that if I use 2 liter bottles to freeze the water, I cut off the top 4" or so, and freeze the bottle with about 3 pounds of ice in it. When someone said I freeze water bottles, I was thinking that the water in the tank would not drop below about 50F. What a great idea! I actually like the water in the 50F to 60F temperature range, so it is not icy cold on my back, but will remove a lot of heat. 3 pounds of ice will last about 4 hours. Sometimes I run it on med speed, sometimes on high speed. Sometimes I add ice to cool the water to 32F, especially if I have been outside and now am hot.Sometimes I will use a thin blanket over the cooling pad and ice to run 32F water through the pad, and then sleep for about 6-8 hours, wake to all of the ice gone and the water at about 65F - 75F.This has been really nice, and allow me to run the thermostat a little warmer, still comfortable, and not sweating in bed!

Pad a bit larger than the old one. Really nice. No complaints.

Face pad is garbage
Garbage. The face pad is completely useless. First, this “pad” has the material consistency of thinly plastic coated paper with some fuzz added to it. I wouldn’t even risk trying to run water through it.Next, the straps are placed in such a way that no matter how tight or loose you make them, the top one slides right down your head, and the bottom one doesn’t really serve any purpose.Additionally, it wouldn’t get any part of your forehead even if it did stay on, but it 100% covers your mouth for some reason?Cons: fit, usability, and durabilityPros: now I know what not to get
