This is the first time I have tried something like this. I wasn't sure what to excited what to expect at first but I am certainly not disappointed. The quality of the pills is unmatched and helped me a lot with soreness and headaches. I feel much more active and don't feel stiff anymore. The turmeric pills are easy to swallow and convenient for anyone with a busy lifestyle. Would certainly recommend this for anyone that's dealing with any joint pain or anyone who loves feeling great and flexible.

To start, they are small and easy to swallow. Do it quickly, if you hesitate you can slightly taste the turmeric, however, it’s not unpleasant so don’t let it put you off.When I bought these, I was in the middle of a flare up of sciatic type pain. At first, they did nothing and I felt disappointed. I continued to take them, 2 daily but also taking the Normal over the counter pain relief that I needed. Once my flare up had subsided, by about day 3, I did notice that it had ended quicker than it has done in the past and I also found I was left aching and sore.Still, I was aware that it could well be the placebo effect.I have continued to take 2 pills every day for the last 14 days and I am happy to report that I have not had a flare up since, even in stressful circumstances (I found stress to be a trigger.) I have not changed anything else in my diet at this point, the tablets are the only new introduction. I am happy to report that I have been pain free for two weeks. I am sure the tablets are helping as I’ve done some things that would normally set my back off, including, moving the furniture in my lounge and helping to carry a two seater sofa in to the house, and the one we took out too! Those activities would have left me in agony with pain from my back going in to and down my leg. Even pushing the full shopping trolley on my weekly shop hasn’t been a problem.If you’re looking for the tablets, these are the ones. I really did my research before buying to make sure they would have the amount that was actually needed to make a difference. These do and I will certainly continue to buy them, to be pain free is a game changer after spending the last 12 years suffering with bad back/ sciatic flare ups.

This is very strong, if you are on medicines be extremely careful has cause a mild overdose for me.

I was very sceptical when these were recommended to me. Having been on them daily faithfully for 6 months, I can't believe how much my energy levels have improved and my pain levels have lowered.Having numerous health issues makes you sceptical when someone tells you about all these different "wonder cures". I can say for me (50yrs old) these have helped but you do need to be patient. It's worth the wait. I haven't felt this good in years and I'm actually back out walking again. They are very cost effective, so you've nothing to loose and everything to gain. Give it a go for 6months and see.

I took this for its anti inflammatory properties to help the feeling of pressure in my head for migraines and to replace my daily antihistamine. Taken for around two months with no improvement in my head but my skin sensitivity improving and not requiring as much antihistamine. I am a big fan of tumeric for a friend that has high inflammation levels.However, for my headaches I am starting to reduce foods high in tyramine. Tumeric inhibits the enzyme monoamine oxidase which breaks down tyramine and so levels can remain high triggering headaches and increasing blood pressure. If you have migraines or high blood pressure it may be worth reconsidering taking this. I am going to stop taking this in the hope I can lower my tyramine levels to reduce my migraines.

I injured my knee a few years ago and was told by a friend that Turmeric supplements can help with inflammation around the knee so decided to try these. I feel they do make a difference and notice my knee pain is eased when taking them. Definitely worth trying.

Really good product as I’m a turmeric convert, of 5 years plus, this one I like.
