Skar Audio EVL-8 D4 8" 1200 Watt Max Power Dual 4 Ohm Car Subwoofer

So far they are holding up to daily pounding. They aren't "cheap", but they are good. This is my first set of skar subs. I wasn't sure about them for a long time, but it looks like they have improved. I am impressed. They bang pretty hard for 8's, and they hit the lows so well. I have 2 of them on a 1k rms amp. The build quality of them looks good too. If they fail, I will be back to edit the review.

If you are looking for some good 8” sub that will hold good power I recommend getting the evls I just finally finished my install didn’t even break them in yet and sent 1000 watt rms to each sub wired to 1 ohm right of the rip they hit really well and definitely worth the money

One of the best 8" subs on the market for the price range. But don't order used or you might end up with a lower lever skar sub like I did. Make sure it's skar used and not amazon resale. They sent me a blown and torn $30 skar xi8 in a evl8 box and it took me a month of back and forth with customer service to get my money back. And after all that im still going to order another one because the subs are that good.

Love this subwoofer it hits hard couldn’t ask for a better one

Amazing sound from an 8” sub. Louder and deeper than the 10” I had in a sealed enclosure. Would definitely recommend these to anyone who wants big sound but doesn’t have a great deal of room.

My lord is this an amazing product have two in my 04 gmc sierra extended cab, they are located under the seat in a pre fab box and they got my mirros shaking, very good product would not recommend that you over power them, I have them hooked up to 1500W at 1ohm and they have been good to me

I am very impressed with the quality and performance. I was wanting a little bass for my basic stock sound for my ride and it has done far more than I was expecting. The sound is crystal clear and plays very powerful in the box skar recommend ( hits them deep lows ). Speaker was a perfect fit in the box and looks very good. I would say in my opinion that it is well worth the money and more than I need for a normal daily drive but, I will keep it for sure.
