Great Product to have and use
This is a great product and contraption! Once you get used to a bidet you might not want to ever go back to TPs. You will however need a bit less TP. Installation appears easy at first and may be so for those with some background in plumbing. If not, it will take a bit of courage and finesse to install. My first install ended up with some leakage and could not fix the problem initially. I wanted to call a plumber and that would have cost me about $150 extra for installing both in two bathrooms. I slept over it and thought about it and figured I could get this thing done without the help of a plumber. Only problem was leaks and difficult working space ie location of the pipes for connections. On my second attempt, I got it down to a droplet leak every five minutes or so. I almost said I could live with it. Slept over it and did it again, the following day BUT this time I used Rectorseal T Plus 2 Pipe Thread Sealant from Home Depot and pipe sealant tape (included in order). That did the trick and voila. After that, installing the second bidet was a roughly 30 minute job since the work space and location of pipe joints wasn't that easy to get to and work with. Also having the right tools really helps. The plastic stuff included in the order don't work as well if any. Can anyone install this Bidet? Yes,even without any background in plumbing. Just make sure you read and understand the instructions before you start. Make sure you know exactly where the hot water connection on both ends are located. I had connected the hot to the cold and had to redo it which took some time. Overall I learned a bit of plumbing, saved $150 in plumbing costs and now have an inexpensive bidet that can become addictive to use. Get one and install it. BTW it takes a minute before the hot water reaches the contraption, so if your toilet is far from the hot water heater you may want to run the water in the sink before you go. Alternatively get used to the cold water, and if you can; than you will not need the hot and cold water version. If the hot water heater is near the bathroom you may just need to plug the hot water and leave the cold out. Once you install it, play with it until you learn the best way to enjoy the device. In hot areas of the country, there is no need for the hot water version. Thus for less than 30 bucks you could save tons on toilet paper. Enjoy the bidet!

Very nice. Warm water is a big plus.
Works great for me. I have well water which comes out of the ground very cold. I have the hot water line coming from the vanity sink…. Before using the toilet, I run the hot water on the sink, which ensures that I have warm water that I adjust to the right temp. This is a luxury in the winter. It is plastic, but should last a long time.

I feel like the Charmin baby bear...My Hiney Clean
I like the knob function, above adequate pressure. My last bidet broke from using it, I think from the toilet seat, and I feel like this one will also do the same, because when I sit on the seat I see I'm bending the plastic nozzle apparatus. I like the fact that you can remove it from the bracket for cleaning without removing the toilet seat. Including the bumpers was a win. The hot water hose was killer. The end with the metal nut leaked at first, but after some trial and error. Me running down two flights of stairs, wet towels, and brain burning fluid dynamics, I finally figured out you have to hold the white hose straight and flush up against the inlet while you tighten. The plastic wrench was a joke. Make sure you have some tools at least a small adjustable wrench and a screw driver. Water is warm, not scalding, like some other sadomasochistic one star wonder desired. To go from ice cold to comfortable is definitely a win for me. Great price, give you rich man butt on a poor man's budget. Pro: Great pressure, aesthetically pleasing, hot water baby, lady wash/ ball wash, easy to remove from bracket, bumpers, great price Cons: Stupid stupid white hose leaking cause ID10T error, plastic wrench (joke), design of the nozzle apparatus may fail from human weight on toilet seat

Love it!
So happy with this purchase. I highly recommend this item. It was easy to set up and I wish I would’ve gotten one a long time ago. Everyone uses them in Europe we need to catch up over here in USA! I like that you can control the water pressure and for those who were thinking that they want a warm bidet the water is not ice cold so it’s not uncomfortable. It just feels like cool room temperature water.

Pretty good!
Works well, even though I added a hot water valve in my bathroom I don't use it. It's adjustable, both in pressure and direction. Obviously "self cleaning" is the water jets, not the rest. I suggest getting a steamer to get under the part that clips behind the toilet seat. A disinfectant wipe gets the handle nicely. Kind of a lifesaver.

We have all bathrooms equiped with badets . This bidet lasted less than a year and then started to leak , this was in my wife's bathroom . This is JUNK .She thought the toilet seal was the problem . the spray would come out and hit the back of the toilet towards the tank and leak on to the floor They directional control was not functioning correctly I have a replacement comming , it won't be this product . Needs hot water tap fitting redesign
I bought one of these five years ago, never installed it because every time I looked at that stupid T-fitting that supposedly plumbs into a hot water line, and then tried to figure out how to make it work for me, I just gave up because I knew it would be a huge time waster. I'm very experienced in plumbing, and knew it would be a huge pooshow. The expensive electronic bidets that automatically heat the water are simple, because they use standard fittings. Anyway yesterday I finally decided it was going to get installed, went to the hardware store, spent $48 on all the different fittings needed to plumb down to the stupid thread size on the hot water tap fitting (which is NOWHERE mentioned in the manual). Also three people at the hardware store assisted me in trying to figure out a decent cost effective solution for that fitting, and I typically never ask for or need any help. That stupid T-fitting still leaked everywhere until I added two dozen wraps of tape AND gas pipe sealant. If you love difficult yet aggravating plumbing projects, you'll love this one.

Useful to have. The shut-off valve must be visible in your bathroom and not built into the walls.

So far no issue, I like this product. As long as your pressure i s good every thing will be good. This US product you need to ask your plumber.

Instructions were pretty good , l have some plummer knowledge , l found it pretty easy to install. I chose this one because of the hardware that came with it and it also included bumper pads. As for the product the pressure is great and it cleans you well. I'm never going back To Toilet Paper again.
