After being let down at last minute for my daughter's "lockdown birthday" I ordered this as the only one that was available within the two days I had left to get one.Then, having read the other reviews, I sat and panicked that it wouldn't arrive.It came. On time. PHEW!!!So, it came well packed and on time. I ordered the 4-6 person jacuzzi.It took me and the other half about 10 minutes to put it all together. It wasn't complicated (good job because we had no idea what we were doing). Everything just plugs in, then you press the "bubbles button" to inflate the tub. It then inflates before your eyes.Add water. Add chemicals (recommend clear water starter pack) and press buttons to programme temperature and good to go.It doesn't heat quickly. That's the main issue. About 1 degree per hour. Fine if you're planning ahead.Since then, I've had multiple hours in said jacuzzi. We've upset the neighbours in said jacuzzi. It's lovely. Truly lovely.The bubbles last 30 minutes or so and it's so wonderful on the aches and pains of a long day.The filter pings at you to change it every few days. At which point, everything stops working until you press and hold the filter button. (About 3-5 seconds) that seems to reset this.It doesn't hold the heat as well in the winter, especially with the lid off. But it really is worth every penny. I absolutely love it and I don't think I'd ever be without one now. The kids love it, my other half loves it, the only person who dislikes it is my neighbour.Can't wait to use it for Xmas indulgence!Great buy!Edit: Didn't get to use it at Xmas as simply wouldn't get to temperature unfortunately. Even with an inflatable lid and ice tent surround. Unfortunately a spring summer autumn indulgence.Still love it. Neighbours still hate me.

Very disappointed with the hot tub. As picture shows the plug was faculty. Still waiting for the £100 compensation they promise. They do not comuicate back. The heater doesn’t work probably. Always cutting out. I wish I didn’t purchase this item

ThIs product arrived a week ago and was well packaged, very easy to set up and think the design with pump integrated in wall is great. Heated to 42 degrees over night and bubbles run fairly quiet. There was a fairy significant issue initially though with regards the power supply. When I first put my hand in to test temperature about 24 hours after filling and turning on heater, I experienced an electric shock (minor but enough to hurt!) everytime time I put my hand in the water. Needless to say, I switched off immediately and was poised to contact Net Sports UK the following morning. However, the following morning I received a blanket email from them advising of a recall of power adaptor and for all customers to not turn on hot tub until replacement received. With my limited electrical knowledge, I suspect there was an earthing problem. The replacement came within 2 days and now all is well! They are apparently offering a £100 voucher as compensation for inconvenience. If they sort this issue out for all future sales, I'd recommend the product. Just hope it lasts the test of time!

So easy to inflate instructions easy to follow nice and sturdy hottub.Had a few problems with the first 1 replacement was sent with 6 extra filters for the troubles I had. Contact via email was first class..

It's best used in direct and hot sunshine. Then you get the right temperature.Good gear. Nice design touches with the heat reflective lid and bottom sheet, and a black outer shell.Enjoy!
