This product is easy to use, the price on the cleaning fluid is good, it both sucks and mops, It did exactly what I wanted. You will love it! I have hard floors through most of my house and 4 pets. It does a very nice job cleaning.

I have a 7 year old Akita. He's a horrible shedder. He has a double coat and even though I brush him 4-5 times a week he still leaves hair all over the floor .So my bissell is the first thing I pull out. Usually one to two passes in the same place is plenty . I had another one but when my son moved I gave him mine as a gift. I couldn't wait to get my new one in . I have a rainbow but my bissell works on my tile so there's no need for me to pull out my rainbow and it's so much lighter. I love it..

Great product. Easy to use and really cleans well. The only issue I had was that the Instructions gave no information on how to turn off the machine. Initially I would just pull the plug from the electrical outlet. Quite by accident I discovered that, to turn it off, push the button that reflects which surface you are cleaning-carpet or flat floor. This is the same button that you pressed to turn on the machine.

Love this for cleaning my new floors It does an awesome job as when you go to empty the dirty water it’s black, proving what a great job it does.. I just wish the cleaning liquid was scented like lavender or something to make it smell good too!

Small, lightweight and does both wet and dry. Roller needs washed thoroughly and sometimes in the middle of doing floors to ensure a dirty water streak doesn’t remain.

Definitely wish I would’ve gone with a different vacuum. It would be okay if even the floor cleaner aspect of it worked as well as I hoped, but it doesn’t which makes me not feel like it was worth the money at all. I do have two dogs, so there is always dog hair that gets stuck and the vacuum clogs when I just vacuum the rugs so I ended up getting another vacuum and basically just use the crosswave for cleaning the rugs every few weeks

Love this product. I was worried it wouldn’t clean well, but it did a great job! I thought having clean floors with two Labrador retrievers would never happen, this machine made the job easy and actually enjoyable! It is so nice to not have to break my back by manually mopping my floors now! I highly recommend.

Love love love!!! It can kind of be a pain to clean especially if you’re only doing a small area, but it is totally worth it. My floors have never been cleaner!
