My granddaughter needs a bra for ballet and she weighs 105 lbs. she wears a 36 a in little girls bras. Is a small ok??

My daughter is about 100 lbs and we ordered a small for her.

Would a xlarge fit a big for her age 11 year old?

I would think yes. My daughter is also big for her age. However, depending on how much she grows (and how fast) ot may not fit for very long, which was the problem we had. She was able to wear it for several months before she outgrew it.
