i prefer the old balabushka "red" chalk but the reformulated blue is the next best. some of the other more expensive chalks seem almost greasy (but still a good chalk) where the others seem "sandy". this new formula puts you somewhere in the middle. i will warn this chalk will be on your fingers.

Smooth as butter
Who needs Kamui chalk when you have Balabushka? Smooth as butter. Allows my pool game to have a little more consistency due to less chance of miscues. So chalk it up and buy yourself some Balabushka.

The V2 is a big improvement over the V1 chalk. You can miss a chalk between shots and seldom miscue.
