great way to supplement your b-12
hello, if your b-12 levels are low after testing, this is a great way to up your levels. but consult your doctor about your levels and the need for additional b-12. we don't like taking medicine or pills, but this one is a tasty cherry flavored and goes down easily. read the results of taking b-12 and see if it applies to you. but, if you need additional quotas, this is the product. consult your family doctor as to the way b-12 works and how they apply to you.
