I am very happy with this knifes from Yaxell. I think it divided me life before and after I have this set. Game changer on my kitchen. Heavy weight, perfect balance, razor sharp. And VERY beautiful 😍❤️

Good value
Great knife for its price point. I use this mostly for sushi at work and would have say it is pretty well rounded for any type of cutting. The handle is a little more on the heavier side, so adjust accordingly.

Great knife
I do a lot of cooking and this, is one of the best chef knives I’ve ever used. It is scary sharp, very maneuverable and a pleasure to use. I would compare it to the Bob Kramer Carbon 2, which is much more expensive. The only changed I would make are: 1) a wider heel on the blade, which would allow you to easily move cut food easily off the cutting board. 2) remove the space between the bolster and the heel of the knife. This would make a more comfortable and secure pinch grip.

A really nice knife
Been using this knife at work. Razor sharp and fits my hand really well.

Just great
I tried 6 chefs knives before settling on this one. It combines Japanese steel with a western style handle/blade shape. It works for all cutting motions (push slice, rock, chop), the handle is very ergo and balanced, and the blade is sharp but not so thin that it feels brittle and like some delicate thing you have to baby over (Miyabi Birchwood felt this way). It's a great value and just a knife you can buy, use, enjoy and not have to think about ever again.

Great knife
This is a very great and sharp knife! I did a lot of research before purchasing for my boyfriend and he loves it! do not use it against plastic or marble cutting board; try wood to prevent damage. or just use very carefully and don’t slam against cutting board. hand wash only and wash immediately after use to prevent food from sticking. absolutely love it

Good for delicate foods fish, fruits, a little thin for meats.
For the money it doesnt hold an edge well for meats. Great for fish and delicate foods...sushi.

A work of art
Bought this for a birthday present for my daughter. It is a work of art, and she will have it for the rest of her life. So nice to use something this beautiful. Also invest a quality Japanese wet stone to keep it razor sharp.
