Great Product and Great Service
As the company advertises, this seems to be the only blood pressure monitor that connects to wi-fi, as opposed to your phone via blue tooth. This feature provides the great advantage of being able to monitor another person's b.p. on your p.c. or your phone from anywhere. The provided displays add charts and graphs that make it even easier to see trends, along with alerts that you can easily set up for high or low readings. By providing the passwords to others in the family, all can easily monitor a loved one. Also, you can readily export the data and send it to a doctor, which we have done. The company service is excellent. We had an unusual situation with our elderly parent not having wi-fi easily available. A call to the company and they arranged an alternate means of connecting via cellular that works great. And when initially setting up the monitor I made a silly mistake, calling the company well after hours in the evening, got an immediate, prompt and happy resolution (Thank you Preeti!).We liked the product and company so much that we bought their wi-fi weight scale, which unfortunately is not available on Amazon, but works equally well and allows you to see b.p. and weight in the same displays. If you need the ability to remotely monitor someone's blood pressure or weight, these product do this admirably.

Great blood pressure monitor linked wirelessly to the Internet
This monitor makes so much sense, I can't understand why the bigger companies don't have versions of their popular models that link directly to their web sites as this one does. This monitor could not be more convenient since every reading is sent almost immediately via the WiFi connection to the Blipcare web site, where it is stored and can be accessed and plotted at any later time. This makes so much more sense than most other automatic monitors that just give the reading on a screen. The next best thing would be a Bluetooth connection to a computer but then you have to be sure that the computer is turned on with the correct program running when you take the reading. A second major advantage of this monitor is that it is battery operated and so can be easily moved around to what ever location is convenient for taking a reading. So far, I have used the monitor taking readings several times a day for over a month on one set of four AA batteries that came with the monitor.I have only two complaints about the monitor and the method of connecting it to the WiFi router and they are the only reasons for not awarding five stars. The first is that the pressure cuff you put around your arm is of the standard type with a Velcro fastening. This is fine but not as easy or convenient as the preformed cuff that came standard on my old Omron monitor. The second is the clunky way that you have to get the monitor to connect to the router. The procedure is to first remove and then replace the batteries and wait for the letters "AP" to appear on the screen. You then have only three minutes to connect to the WiFi network site called "blip" using your laptop/phone/tablet, go to http://192.168.101.1 on any browser, scan for your network name, and enter your network password. If you complete all of this correctly, the monitor will be able to connect through your router to the Blipcare website for ever so you only have to do this once. However, the process can be very frustrating, especially if you have the wrong password as I did for a while. Apart from that, once I got through the process on about the tenth try, everything has worked flawlessly ever since.I have been able to measure my blood pressure several times a day and have noted the variations and the effects of medications that I have been taking.. Hopefully, the readings will allow me to get a better handle on my health and help me and my doctor decide how to respond to the new recommendations of the American Heart Association concerning the trigger levels for taking statin drugs.

perfect unit for cloud based monitoring
I was looking or a wifi enabled blood pressure monitor for a long time before I found this one. It is so easy and seamless in setup, reading and pushing the data out to the cloud without any additional overhead on the part of the user. Especially when you have elderly/senior person using the product you need to make it as simple and easy to use like a regular unit without any technology overhead in terms of wifi setup. I think you got it right on this one. Along with your blipcare weighing scale this makes a perfect combo for cloud based home monitoring

HORRIBLE SUPPORT!
While there has been no real issue with the device, I have had a very difficult time registering the device, which initiates the wifi features (which is why I chose this particulat machine). After I entered my information on the website, I received no password as promised and none of my follow up attempts to contact support have been replied.I called their support phone number and there was no answer, a few moments after I hung up, I received a call from another number asking if I wanted support, but then demanded to know my name and would not identify herself or the company she represented and in turn demanded I identify myself.Since that call, I have tried twice to contact support by email and have received no response whatsoever. At this point I am very frustrated and at the point of asking Amazon for a refund.

Able to print out a very nice report for my doctor
Needed to call customer service to get help to connect to wifi. I was connected in less than 5 minutes. Able to print out a very nice report for my doctor. She asked what brand it was. Very easy to take readings, the readings are consistent and closely comparable to readings taken at the Dr's office. The app can be set up to track both users with one login, or separate logins for privacy. There is nothing bad to say about this awesome device.

One good product
Very impressed with the product. Easy to set up and simple to use. The web based personal portal has great features also. And I downloaded the Android app to my phone and it compliments the web based portal. One more plus is the helpful customer reps. Every question I had was answered pretty promptly and very professionally. Would recommend this product.

Great product, great customer service
Great product, great customer service! It comes with a single cuff designed for a 9-13" bicep and I needed a larger cuff. I contacted customer service at [email protected] and they FedEx'ed a larger cuff (up to 16.5") the same day (for free).
