Poshland REG-2197 - Custom Handmade Damascus Steel 15 Inches Blade Knife - Perfect Grip Rose Wood Handle

This is a very substantial knife. It’s about 15 1/2” long that tapers to a needle like point. The real draw of this knife is the beautiful twisted Damascus blade. Absolutely gorgeous. The folded steel patterns are really unique. The blade is not especially thick, but totally ample. It has a very sharp double edge blade. It lacks a guard that is correct for this style of knife. The wood handle is well contoured, fitting the hand nicely. I did smooth out the lower edge of the handle as it was a bit uncomfortable. Now, it’s about perfect. The decorations on the handle, though simple, were still quite attractive. The leather sheath is very well constructed of good materials. Overall it’s quite imposing and a fine knife. I really like it!

I don’t have a photo because I gave it as a gift but when I saw her open it, it was gorgeous. Bigger than I had expected and decently heavy. The only issue is it could be weighted better, but the craftsmanship is incredible. I’m buying one for myself now.

Very beautiful knife well designed fits my hand like a glove it will go great with my other art knife pieces.

For the price its a good knife! Came very sharp, only thing was it was covered in grease so had to clean it up a bit. Needed this to go with my Scottish Highlander outfit for ren faire which its perfect for. The leather sheath is okay, only thing I dont like is the small leather belt holds the handle of the knife is a little flimsy but again for $50 this knife is really nice

I think the Damascus was laid very well and I like the pattern of it. Unfortunately it isnt balanced and its a little off center so I'm going to try to pound that out a little bit and the sheath was very poor quality. thankfully I am a leather worker and I plan to make a completely new sheath for it. Overall, nice lil blade. Keep it up :)

Just what I was looking for!! I received my Scottish Lordship and felt a claymore and Dirk would be appropriate. These fit the bill perfectly!

Ordered this knife by accident. Does not fit in any of my period collections but kept it anyway. Appears to be well made. Not sure what culture or period it represents. If anyone knows, send me a note.

Great handy strong sharp just hopped it would have came with the fire starter it has the place to put it in the sheath. And the tip of the blade does not connect of sharpens and I wish it did but it’s good
