I bought this as a Christmas gift for my recently widowed grandmother who just received an Instant Pot from my aunt as a gift to help her eat more healthy now that she’s alone. The first part of the book contains everything you need to know about how to use the appliance and how it works, the rest is a ton of easy to follow recipes. I wish there were some pictures of the food, as that would really “bring it to life”, but my easily confused grandmother loved it.

I think that's the perfect instant pot cookbook 2019.This recipe calls for white sweet potatoes, which aren't regular potatoes. If you want to substitute them russet potatoes, make sure you remove as much liquid as possible before adding them to the pot since they contain more moisture than sweet potatoes.

This an excellent Instant Pot recipes cookbook. This book I can find lots of recipes ideas with a diet plan. This book helps make fast lots of recipes. I am happy to read this cookbook.

Very grateful for the easy to use read instructions and the flow of how this book was formulated. I borrowed this cookbook from my library when I got my Instant Pot. This is a good recipe book. I'm new with this Instant Pot so I'm still learning how it works, etc. This book is helpful.

When you need a very quick way to cook a variety of things, this appliance is for you. We have tried pork chops and other meats, pinto beans, and soups and have been very satisfied with the results.

I use my Instant Pot weekly. I bought this book and another and use both. I do change the instruction and try to improve up each dish, but that is just me. They are all good.

This book is not for the British market,it is American, I found printing errors, you would not be able to follow the recipes, contemplating on sending it back,the book overall is bad quality in my opinion not worth 1 star.
