I use it for work and love it. Very clear, comfortable on and in my ear. The only drawback is that the control on the cord (between the phone and the earpiece) can get a little heavy if not clipped to you. I would recommend it and would purchase it again.

Good sound quality and comfortable. Have difficulty keeping it in place.

I saw a couple comments about the quality or fit but liked the style. It falls off my ear, hard to stabilize. Sound quality is good & it’s light which I thought would be nice. But it’s cheap on quality & not worth the price.

I have to return back to working from the office 3 days a week back in January, and wanted an inexpensive, yet decent quality headset that fits over the ear or behind the head, that connects through the USB port. I came across the Discover D713U while searching. I was hesitant at first as some of the reviews complained of this model breaking easily and constantly having to adjust the earpiece. Similar models that connected through USB either were more expensive or seemed to require some type of adaptor for an additional cost. I decided to give the Discover D713U a chance and ordered one around the end of January of this year. I have had it for appx 4 months now and it was well worth the investment. The construction does feel more fragile than other over the head models from Logitech and Jabra, but with gentle handling with care not to drop or toss it around, it performs very well. I would highly recommend the Discover D713U if you are in the market for one.

I tried several bluetooth headsets with microphones, but couldn't find one that worked well enough to keep. The BT audio kept breaking up. While I'm keeping this USB-connected headset phone, I have 2 major complaints: 1) Earpiece not well designed - comes off the ear with minimal effort. 2) Much-too expensive: other good headsets with microphones run 1/2 as much! I needed a headset with microphone that was more compact & lighter than the one I'd been using. While this one will work for me - I suggest you try the others that are much cheaper, & get this one only if you're willing to pay the price!

This headset is wonderful. I work from home and this is the best headset I have ever used. It is a great price and I love the way it just fits over the ear. I would recommend this headset to anyone and great customer service with this company.

This headset had fine sound quality, but it was hard to position correctly in my ear and I had to fiddle with it a lot. it ended up only lasting a week before a small piece connecting the earpiece to the microphone part bent and then broke, making it unusable. The headset is useless without that tiny plastic partso I would classify it as a big waste of money.

This headset sounded great, however... after a long period of use, it started to hurt wearing the headset and couldn’t use it for very long. Would recommend trying it out for others since it might work for other users with smaller ears.

ABSOLUTEL GARBAGE The ear buds don't fit properly, no tight seal on ear drum. Background noise is loud. I have a large blister inside my ear now. On top of that it broke into 2 pieces trying to fit the awkward design over my ear, now it won't go back together. This after 3 days of use
