BEAUTIFUL little KUKSA🪵
I'm a little nervous about ordering items made of wood on-line. If I'm paying a lot for it, it should have beautiful woodgrain & be well-constructed! Thankfully, the kuksa that came to me was.Ya, the capacity of this cup is small, but the handle is substantial & feels good in the hand. The reindeer 🦴 is well-mounted & smooth sanded to the wood. I mainly use mine for a bedstand h2o cup. 💭 It would nicely hold 2 shots of whiskey too, or it would make a good espresso cup.The only negative I saw in mine is the varying thickness of the cup's lipped edge. Most of it is 2mm, but there's a couple spots where it was sanded down to 1mm😕. I live in a super dry & hot climate, & if I'm not diligent about oiling & waxing this curly birch cup, these thin edges will crack. ( I've had mine for several weeks & it still looks new, but I've been good about using a good wax on it.)I highly recommend using a good cutting board wood wax for this little kuksa. It's a food-safe natural preservative consisting of mainly mineral oil & bee's wax. It'll protect the special wood & bring up it's pretty grain.Since there's some concern or questions about the exact size, I've measured mine with an inches tape measure (sorry Canada & Europe). It's cute & unique. If you have the $ to 🔥, it's a wonderful warm & natural conversation starter cup. It's made ethically in a good country; Findland!

Beautiful Kuksa
The wood is beautiful and the reindeer bone adds a nice touch to the handle. Very happy with this purchase! Got this as a gift for my husband and brother for their back country adventures. Nice, lightweight and now they won't burn their lips on metal cups when trying to sip their coffee on cold mornings outdoors.

If there is a bigger version I would like the company to send that to me
Product was well made but very dissapointed with how small it is it can barely hold 4 oz of liquid no where does it say it's that small and in the picture it looks bigger than it actually is. Saw this same product for sale by another company and apparently there is a deluxe version which I assume is bigger Because on that same website there is one for around the same price I paid here and it's called the small version. If there is a bigger version I would like the company to send that to me, then I will change my rating

Beautiful Well Made Kuksa
I love this cup. Extremely well made from Finland, attractive and holds a decent amount of liquid which is a little over 5 ounces. Usually 2 cups will quench my thirst. I tried this with some tea and I notice my tea would take on a slight "woodsy" taste from my cup. Now I can enjoy listening to Nightwish (a power metal band from Finland) while drinking from this cup, haha.

Quality work made with the traditional material
I love this handmade cup. Especially the bone inlay. The cup does not leak. I plan to use it on hikes.
