As much as I wanted it, I don’t think I will keep it!***UPDATE***They sent me a new one and didn’t even ask me to return the other one. The customer service is amazing and they are quick to respond and rectify the situation. The best customer support I seen in a long time. Thank you! The new one works great, the mist is visible and the light creates a great ambiance. It’s perfect for a large room and look forward to purchasing this again to give as a gift. Updated to 5 stars!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

OK so I had to come back on and give another review after a couple months of sitting in my closet I decided to take them out and try again idk how but they actually started working properly and it has been months of constant use without any problems! Just make sure you clean them out regularly I learned this the hard way the top piece that comes off/ where the smoke blows out has developed calcium buildup (best way I can describe it) which has stopped the smoke from blowing out correctly and they don't sell replacement pieces but totally not the companies fault! Great product once u get it working and customer service is GREAT when I had my issues they refunded me with no problem quickly.Literally had this product for 4 days already stopped working. Yes it's nice and big Yes the concept is amazing durability is an absolute zero. Save yourself the headache bad product overall!!!

I actually hate this product now as it only works for short time. After you buy it, you put the right amount of water. You put just a little bit of oil, and then all of a sudden, It doesn't work. I bought a second one thinking that it was just that It was defective or something, but they all come like that. They work for a brief time. They put out, missed all over the house that smells good based on the oil fragrance you buy, and then after a month of using it, it just dies, and that's the second one. They're trash. Buyer Beware do not buy this product its trash.update:the company was nice enough to send another one to me to replace the the one i though was defective after i bot a new one but even the replacement they sent and the one that i was still sudennly not working. buyer be ware this item isnt worth the dime you spen on it. the look nice from the start but after a short time in its usless. even was instruckted to allow it to dry out for 24 hrs, so i let it sit for sa week as i had forgotten about it. the i remmbered so i added oil to the bottom and water to the line and still nothing. dont buy this you been warned. Theses are junk the small ones are better depending on the brand you buy.

The media could not be loaded.  I can't express how much I love this product! I got this for myself for Christmas & use it daily. I love that it's a humidifier & essential oil diffuser, fills from the top (to avoid messy spills), I don't have to keep refilling the water through out the day, (I'm a stay at home mom & homeschool, so our house is very lived in & I diffuse a lot and appreciate the lack of dry air when this is on), the output of mist can be adjusted, it has a soothing light feature for nightime, and works perfectly for my kitchen, dining room & living room!I get compliments that my house smells nice and I love that I can diffuse oils that kill the bacteria in the air and at the same time know that I'm humidifying the air, because I live in a dry climate (especially in winter).I must've unintentionally gotten water in the pipe during a refill (while multitasking), because this product leaked. I was disappointed because my warranty with Amazon had just ended a few days prior to this. I decided to contact Blue Hills via email and let them know my situation. They got back to me almost immediately & let me know they're a family owned business and my satisfaction was very important to them. They gave me a few troubleshooting tips & told me to let it dry for 24 hours & try the diffuser again. They said if I still couldn't get it to work, they would send me a new one for FREE! However, this product wouldn't even diffuse at all after the 24 hours and kept leaking, so I let them know & they said I should receive the new one in 3-5 days. I received a new one THE NEXT DAY!!! That's super impressive to me, especially in these unprecedented times, where it seems like everything is delayed in the mail & customer service tends to lack. I couldn't be any more pleased with this product, or the company & I love knowing I'm helping support a family owned business!!!This product is amazing and would make a perfect gift for anybody!

I think it's a large tank that holds a lot of water which is great. Thats why I gave it a 3 star. However, you can barely see the mist coming out so I can't tell whether it's on or not. I have a smaller diffuser that puts out a lot more steam than this one. Again, I purchased this one because of the large tank. Then the company sent me the wrong color. I did not request brown. It doesn't make sense to send back because you almost pay as much to send it back than the original cost. If you're looking for a machine to put out heavy mist then this is NOT for you. I'm sorry, I had to update this. I decreased it to a one star. I left it on all night and nothing happened at all. Again, it is not strong at all. I purchased this 4000 ml thinking it would be good in my livingroom and it would give off such a good aroma once I put my fragrance in it. Again, nothing was happening and the mist is so slow. I am thinking about sending it back not. At first I said I wouldn't but it doesn't make sense for me to keep it if I'm not going to use it.I have to change my review because this company sent me another diffuser for replacement. It works wonderfully. So I changed from the 1 star to a 4 star. It would be a 5 star but it took some time to get this situated. However, I will be odeing another oe because this is a large one and it covers my livingroom. Once you put your essential oils in it the room smells great.

Was very easy to set up and get going....and worked perfectly right away! It's not noisy, and the amount of moisture that comes out is great! The knob to change mist settings is very smooth and really has a wide range for output. I highly recommend this product!

Great product. Came right on time. packaged well for shipping. So very easy to use. I got it and set it up same day no problem. I just had to fill and then I waited 5 minutes for water to drip down to bottom where it turns to vapor. Hit start and away it went. Only CON I have is the colors are very faded. You really couldn't tell the color change. Other than that really great product.

The media could not be loaded.  2nd Update: I purchased 2 units on October 13, 2023 and used it right up to March 7, 2024, then went on vacation for 1 week. When I returned and filled it to use again all the water went right through the bottom and leaked all over the floor, 4L of water all over my wood floors. I was happy with it up until this point, very disappointing. I didn't even bother with essential oils, such a pain to lift the entire unit to put the oils in the bottom chamber each time.Update: I’m only getting 2 days with a full tank on the lowest mist, same as what I was getting with my 1000ml tank so not happy, I was expecting 3 days as advertised. I finally figured 50 drops of essential oil per fill but then 1/2 way through the tank the scent weakens and I have to add more, as I suspected. So overall not totally impressed, the mist output is good, but it goes through water too fast. It’s a hassle having to add the essential oils to the bottom reservoir especially if I’m adding more 1/2 way through. It will be good however as a humidifier especially during cold/flu season. I went from a 1000ml tank using 30 drops of essential oil to this 4000ml tank, one would expect to use 120 drops if the ratio is 3 drops Per 100ml. I started with 100 drops and it’s way too strong, I think because all the essential oil is in the bottom tank and not mixed with the water so initially it’s more concentrated, so I used 80 drops and still too strong , we’ll see if the scent becomes weaker as the water lowers. The mist output on this is great, you can really control how much you want, it will be great to use as a humidifier during winter or cold and flu season. Will update this review on how much essential oil works best.
