Ideal for healthy pancakes and breakfast recipes!
I bought this oat flour mainly to make healthier breakfasts, and it has exceeded my expectations. It blends perfectly into pancake batter, making the pancakes light, fluffy and naturally sweet without needing extra sugar. The mild flavour works great with fruit, yoghurt and peanut butter. I’ve already used it several times and the results are always delicious. Also, the bag is huge, so it lasts ages – excellent value for money! If you enjoy baking, meal prepping or want a nutritious alternative to regular flour, this is a great choice.

Have baked our dog a birthday cake from this and the quality seemed very good. Quite expensive so definitely going to see what else I can bake with it (get my moneys worth) cannot comment personally on taste but we have a fussy 1 years german shepherd who loved his cake so assume good taste.

Purchased before and an excellent flour to use for muffins - large and small, banana and date loaf etc. Once my 2 bags have been used will buy more!

Great for crumble with a crunch
Excellent for making apple crumble or a quick porridge breakfast , very happy with this flour , much easier and less mess then making at home
