Idk if it’s the pills that help me get pregnant or god just answered my prayers but got pregnant in just one month of taking these and I didn’t I would get pregnant after have my left ovary and tube removed and dealing with endometriosis and having surgeries .

tried these instead of Garden of Life and disappointed in results . they are cheaper, but you get what you pay for.

I started taking this back in March, in hopes of improving my fertility so we could conceive. I don't know what my reproductive health was before, but since I am 40, I wanted to take something to help. These actually had a great mood balancing effect on me. I started taking them on the 2nd day or so of my period and they seemed to help smooth out my hormones. They did not make me crampier or change my cycle in any way and I have been taking them for at least six months, regularly.When I still hadn't conceived, my husband and I went to the doctor, and it turns out the problem was on his side.
