Easy way to get vitamins!
What a great way to get your vitamins in! My biggest compliment is that it doesn’t break my skin out, which is a big deal as other patches do. It felt good knowing I was getting my vitamins in. It takes getting used to—on my shoulder I accidentally ripped it off adjusting my bra. On my low back I accidentally ripped it off during a restroom break. So having a patch in different places took some getting used to. But I’m a fan and I’ll keep using!

I don't think these do anything....
The first day I tried these, I was unusually tired all day. At around 6:00 pm, I got a strange and horrible bout of extreme cold sweats. I never sweat. I was cold but my body had a chilling film of wet sweat all over. There was literally no reason for this to happen, it had never happened to me before, and the only thing different that I had been exposed to was this patch. I removed the patch (it had been on since about 9:00 that morning) and the cold sweats went away. The next day, I put on a new patch early in the morning hoping to feel SOMETHING energy-wise (I have serious fatigue issues despite a very healthy and varied diet and clean environment). Nothing all day. I was afraid that perhaps if the patch was doing anything at all, my body wasn't absorbing it until the evening and that's the last thing I wanted because I already have trouble sleeping at night and don't need energy at night. Since the cold sweats of the previous evening didn't occur, I left the patch on overnight since that's what the package says to do.Next morning, I started a new patch. Again, tired all day. Tired that night.I already take vitamins as well as eat a lot of fresh produce and high quality protein. No multivitamin from B12 to Zinc and all the alphabet in between has any effect on my constant fatigue and brainfog. This patch was no exception. Maybe it would work for someone who actually felt some benefit from certain vitamins deficient in their diet but for me, this is a waste of money and I question that it really delivers any of the active ingredients listed on the label. It does have a slight b vitamin smell when you remove the old patch so I know there's something there but....I definitely don't feel any benefits.Cons:The glue on these stays on your skin after you pull off the patch and is painful and annoying to remove. I have to use rubbing alcohol to get off the sticky residue. There is no inactive ingredient list as in: a list of the non-vitamin ingredients that make up the patch and adhesive so if you're sensitive to any adhesives or like to know what's on your skin, the company doesn't declare that stuff and they should.Pros:Many of the vitamins and elements in the active ingredient list of these patches are actually high quality and not just synthetic and cheap forms of the vitamin that your body doesn't utilize well. And there aren't just common vitamins included. There are things like astaxanthin, resveratrol, and various forms of caratenoids that are often lacking from mainstream supplements. Too bad I can't actually feel any benefit from them.....

They stick really well!
I’ve had medicines through a patch before and they worked well. These stay on perfectly, even through a shower when I forget. They’re also made in the USA, though they don’t supply any other information about their testing and manufacturing processes. The ingredients seem pretty decent for coming from a patch. The thing is, I can’t tell you one way or another if they’re working and since I can’t really confirm anything about their purity, I wouldn’t be able to recommend them, which is unfortunate, since I really do like the delivery system.

I'm not sure these are working but maybe they are? I think they are? Maybe? LOL
I'm gonna sound crazy here but maybe it's a placebo affect? I'm using these - sometimes two at a time - and like to think they're doing something. Maybe? The one thing that takes away my confidence is that they're really thin and don't attach well - which makes me think they can't be that great of quality - and for the price I can't say they're really worth it - and chances are I won't be ordering another box - but I like to believe they're helping me with my energy level. Three stars?

I have no clue.
Honestly, I don't have a clue if these work or not.I used them diligently. I rotated placement. I did everything it said to.I got...nothing. No idea whatsoever if these did anything.I can tell you I had no weird side effects. I can tell you the patches went on easily and came off without peeling of skin. No skin irritations. The pinkish color sucks on brown skin - super noticeable when your sleeve rides up or whatever.Does it work? No clue.

Research inconclusive but noticed personal improvement -see update
First I wanted to do a quick google search to see if one could even absorb vitamins through a transdermal patch. I didn’t spend a ton of time, but found inconclusive evidence of whether this is actually possible. After all, I know vitamin D can be absorbed through the skin from being in the sun and I know nicotine for example can be absorbed through a transdermal patch, so I figured it may be possible. When I first tried this patch, I had leg cramps most likely from deficiency or magnesium or potassium, I haven’t been eating right. Now this could be purely coincidental and antidotal, but my leg cramps disappeared within 15 minutes of applying the patch. Can’t say I detected any energy surge but the simple fact that my leg cramps went away, makes me want to continue using these.UPDATE: This past week, I had those strange leg cramps pop up again. I immediately grabbed a patch (I hadn't used for a few days) and slapped one on. Within 15 minutes, my leg cramps disappeared and havent been back since. This leads me to believe my body must be absorbing the. potassium or some other vit or mineral that is included in this patch that helps with those.

A little lift
Not as effective as I would've liked, But being able to get a little lift without a caffeine stomachache is very nice.Easy and convenient to use.
