Long cord and crystal clear sound!

i bought the highly recommended logitech h390. unfortunately it is horribly uncomfortable. the earpads are stiff and small. the mic on it sounds great and clear but unfortunately the earpads are horrible. this plantronics 3320 is so much more comfortable with the soft foam pads instead of stiff plastic like fake leather. i havent used it for a 8 hour stretch of work yet but i imagine it will stay comfortable update after attempting to use for a work day. the comfort goes away pretty quick. i only made it a few hours before it started to hurt. there is no flexibility when it comes to how tight it squeezes against your ears. the twisting of the headphones is nice but only moves the pressure point.

Love this headset. Comfortable on my ears, doesn't completely encircle them which I like, yet does block out noise in room for callers. Work remote at home on phone ALL day. Use Teams, and a call program called Five9. No issues at all. USB connection. When I opened pkg, the feel of them is cheaper than regular Plantronics, but the quality is up there with the hundred or more dollar headsets.

Plugged into a USB port on my laptop and it worked immediately with little effort. The headset is comfortable to wear for those long conference calls and the sound quality is excellent. Compared to others I have used, the Plantronics seems well constructed and sturdy.

I have owned headset versions from this brand and this one is the best so far! I really love that this headset has a cushion for the top of your head. Other versions didn't have that and it makes a BIG difference. I also love that background noise in your environment rarely makes it to the other end of your call, which is awesome for work! I saw other reviews point out that they didn't enjoy the cord. After unraveling the cord and straightening it out, I haven't had any issues with it. It just takes some time.

It was working excellent but the mute button got stuck can’t get it to work

I purchased the Plantronics / Poly Blackwire 3320 headset a little over a month ago so I feel it's passed the testing phase. The shipping was great. It came in a padded envelope. Inside the envelope was a small cardboard box with the Blackwire 3320 inside. I work from home doing call center work, so I needed something that would be comfortable and have a decent enough sound to hear my customers properly. Due to the area I live in, I also needed a microphone that wouldn't pick up outside noise (cars, neighbors yelling, gf coughing, etc). Like my last Plantronics headset which lasted nigh on 4 years of abuse, the Blackwire 3320 scored high on all points. The headphones are great and have a surprisingly powerful stereo sound when doing other things such as gaming or streaming music & tv. I've been told that I sound very clear on the mic which is important in my line of work. The controls are simple with plastic + / - buttons for volume and another button to mute the mic. The headset is comfortable, but not quite as comfortable as the last one I had. Still, it has good cushioning and I can wear it for hours with ease. Set up is simple. I plugged it in and Windows 10 was able to set it up quickly and automatically. The Plantronics / Poly 3320 Blackwire headset not only met all of my needs but surprised me by surpassing most of them. I would highly recommend it.

This is a simple headset for the home office, so I went for a lower-priced model. The sound quality and the microphone are excellent - just what I am used to get from Plantronics. I can recommend this light, essential, decently-priced USB headset for regular home office use.

After lot of research, I choose this product. And its worth every single penny I paid. Best noise cancellation suppress everything in background. Cable quality good. Its durable.. this is the only reason I skipped poly 3220 and brought poly 3320. We dont care much about how we sound to others in meeting. But when others says your are not audible or there is background noise then it creates wrong impression. Also being over the ear headphone you can listen what others talking very clear and that helps.

I've been using only for 2 days, but so far so good. I have researched a lot before buying and considering the price, it's a great choice! I still have my airpods for general use and Sony for greater noise cancelling, but I think Poly is the best option for work, due to comfort (using for several hours) and focus on sound and mic.
