Very thin book, more like a leaflet/booklet. No pictures for recipes. Non-uk food items in recipes. I would have expected to have paid £1 for this ...not over £5! Very disappointed.

Do you want to learn how to cock and get healthy at the same time? Then buy this buy and your ROI will skyrocket. Eating healthy will not only provide you with physical and mental health, but it also works as an inspiration for others. You will minmize the risk of attracting certain disorders like diabetes, cancers, and cardiovascular problems. All in all, a great book and I will definitely read more from John Brown.

Very glad I bought this book!
The title of this book is “Clean Eating” because it promotes eating natural foods as opposed to processed ones but it is much more than that. It taught me to focus on developing a healthy metabolism through simple exercise and good food choices rather than calorie reduction. I was pleasantly surprised to find not only how many meal plans were included but also that pretty much all the foods mentioned, I already have in my cupboard and fridge. It even allows for sugar in my coffee and gives recipes for cookies, muffins and other desserts that I never dreamed I would be able to have while I am trying to lose belly fat. It has a wonderful layout; it is well written and practical. Very easy to follow and incorporate into my busy lifestyle. Very glad I bought this book and will certainly recommend it to my friends and family.
