Schoolyard Color Not Even Close to Shown
I bought this to knit a baby blanket. I expected the colors shown, but the three skeins I got initially were very orangey...LOTS of orange and brown, no blues or greens. But I used it anyway. When knitted up, I got large patches of brown and the overall look is....autumn. Ordered several more skeins and a few of them were closer to that shown, but honestly the colors are all over the board from skein to skein. Maybe one or two resembled the sample shown. I'm hoping the baby I'm knitting for will be born around Halloween! Other than the undesired colors, the yarn is what I guess you'd call thick, but not my idea of "Bulky Chunky". Not my best yarn-buying experience.

NOT #5 Bulky Chunky. Very Small Skeins and Coarse Yarn. It's a Ripoff
YARN: Definitely NOT #5 bulky chunky. More like #4. Misrepresented product. The skeins are pretty small and not good value for money. The yarn isn't very soft, in fact it feels coarse. Not worth it.OVERALL: I ordered 4 skeins and received only 3 and was told the 4th one was lost.SUMMARY: The product description has been changed from #6 super bulky to #5 bulky chunky. It is neither. The label says #6 but anyone who uses yarn knows the difference.PIC INCLUDED shows the label AND a comparison to another brand that IS #6 super bulky. Very disappointed with this company and their trade practices.

Overpriced
I thought the price of this yarn would make it a big role and when I got it I ended up paying $9 for the same small roll I just bought at Joanns for $3.19 not really happy at that.

Good chunky yarn. Not as soft as I wanted but good yarn.
This yarn isn't as soft as was said in the reviews or by the manufacturer. I was disappointed with that. It's a good chunky yarn and the color's are really pretty. Not a whole lot of yarn in the skein for the price. I should've paid more attention to the yardage amount so that's my fault. Over all it's a good yarn just not what I was expecting. I made ear warmers out it it for some of my family and they liked it and that's what is important to me.

Deceiving, but still good.
It’s not bad. I love the colors for the most part, but it’s much smaller than I expected and overpriced for what it is. I bought it to make a rug for my room, and I had to order two more balls to make it (they haven’t arrived yet). On my first roll, they tied a scrap piece on at the end and the blues were totally washed out and a gross green color compared to the bright blue in the rest of the yarn. And it’s not as bulky as it claims to be, but it’s still good to use. See my photos attached to see what I’m talking about.

Really nice yarn; but one shade was darker than shown
I really like this yarn, it's thick and soft and fluffy. I'm making squares for a big autumn blanket. I bought solid colors like dark taupe, redwood, pumpkin and glowing gold and was very happy with them.I also bought the terra cotta mist ombre yarn, is a bit darker and less vibrant than the pictures shows, it looks like the photo was lightened to show the variations better, but under regular room lighting in a test patch they just aren't as bright. It's still very pretty and I do like it and plan to use it but if you're buying you should take that into account.

Pretty yarn, but--
--it's too thin to be #6 super bulky. Bernat Blanket and Lion Hometown yarns are #6 and thicker, softer. The dyeing technlque is good--my bag almost looks as if I wove it.

More colors than expected.
I originally bought this yarn fo a baby blanket; they are using prime colors for the baby room and farm animals. However, I could not find a pattern I personally liked with the color changes. The yarn is stiffer than I thought it would be but i am just starting out in crochett. More colors in the pattern tha expected, every color is on the yarn. Green, purple, orange, bule, yellow, and red. Easy to work with and definitely bulky.

Great item
I am a beginner knitter and was looking for something a little chunkier without breaking the bank. I find the wool a nice size, doesn't seem itchy at all and personally I adore the coloour (tbh the whole selection was great). Hasn't been washed yet as I'm still working on a piece but can't imagine there being an issue with a cold washing machine cycle. It recommends 8mm needle on the packaging, I am using 9mm for ease and it works great.

Great to crochet with!
Very nice yarn at a great price. I have used the yarn to crochet a man's winter scarf, and really pleased with it.

Exactly as they say
The wool is soft, easy to work with, when garment is finished it's true to size. Washes and tumble dryer well.
