Until I got this transfer tape, I had been using a transfer paper that came with a backing. This kind took a little getting used to, but now that I've got the hang of it, I would never switch back. Besides that, there's less waste and the roll can be slimmer. This stuff is awesome for transferring vinyl from its backing onto whatever surface you need it on. It's sticky enough to grab onto it and hold it, but not so sticky that it's tricky to peel off. Love this stuff and will continue to purchase!

I use it for masking wood for my laser cutter. Its not super sticky, and that is both good and bad I suppose. For me its great, but I have to use a credit card as a sort of squeegee to apply it to get it to stick to the wood good and not have it peeling up from the fans in my laser cutter. The squeegee makes it stick just perfect and not stick so hard that its hard to get off (like regular masking tape is)

This is for wet and dry applications. If you are transfering to glass, you will need this type of transfer paper so you can move the design around to align it correctly. This is WELL-WORTH the money. It will save you vinyl AND Time!

My wife uses it for her vinyl transfers while I use it as a mask for my laser wood etching. Works great for both. The paper burns away and makes a great smoke barrier to prevent the wood from getting smoke stains.

This tape wouldn't pull lint off a dry floor. I would apply this tape and do the required scraping with a flat edge, and it never wanted to pull the sticker loose. I completely wasted my money on this tape. If I could give it - starts I would! I ordered this tape due to needing some in short notice for a festival and it basically left me high and dry without being able to sell my decals. I didn't want customers coming back complaining they couldn't get it off. If I noticed it making them , I refused to sell the decals that way!! Thanks a lot for the roll of crap! And basically making me lose out on who knows how much money!!

This vinyl was a bit difficult to remove from my vinyl.

This stuff rocks!!!! Gosh so easy to use no problems whatsoever! Tried the Ultraclear one by expressions vinyl too but this is definitely still my favorite and its priced just right!

Works well though it's not very sticky and flips up during the job. However, I discovered that if I put some time into smoothing it unto the material then it will stay 99% of the time. I will definitely purchase another. Edited 08/24/18, needed another one and discovered the price went up from 17.99 to 24.99, it's a big jump. I used to think it's a great price but not anymore.

Excellent transfer paper. Perfect stickiness not too strong or too weak.
