faulty straight away, could not pick up battery's that I connected, continued to flash that battery was not connected and even tried 4 battery's.

Not normally writing reviews but seeing the mixed reviews I decided to do on this occasion. The charger does what it suppose to do. Tested on both large and small Tamiya connectors. Both RC car battery and Airsoft battery. No excess overheating at all! People need to keep in mind that RC cars/plane/etc batteries have reversed polarity to Airsoft guns. Also to prolong battery life use it on 1A setting. Under 2000mAh battery you should be using 1A anyways.

Brilliant bit of kit, easy and straight forward use, fairly priced

I read the reviews here, ans as a consequence checked the polarity of the included leads. Had I not it could have had disastrous consequences. Attaching the lead to convert the lead from the charger to the termination which fitted my battery pack I could see it took the + output and fed it to the - battery lead, and vis versa. A small job to swap it round, but had I not for once been alert and checked but just connected it up and switched on it is probable there would have been a fire or an explosion. Apart from this serious but easily corrected fault the unit does what it says.

DO NOT PURCHASE!! NOT WORTH THE RISK! Attempted to charge the (correct) battery as it is intended for and the charger set fire! I had to throw it out of the house. There where toxic fumes through the entire house. Absolute cheap rubbish with no quality control whatsoever.

Il carica batterie NiCd/NiMh é risultato essere pienamente conforme alle aspettative. Dai test effettuati il microcontrollore che gestisce le operazioni di ricarica e controllo é risultato essere piú che adeguato . Ben progettato il circuito interno é diviso in due sezioni (hot and cold) con un adeguato livello di protezione (divisione della zona hot da quella cold a livello anche del circuito stampato ). Da segnalare la presenza di un fusibile smd in ingresso. La ricarica avviene ad impulsi consentendo una ricarica ottimale dei pacchi batteria riducendone lo stress termico dovuto alla particolarietà delle due chimiche in questione . La segnalazione di carica - fine carica -ed errore (polarità o pacco disconnesso e/o guasto) avviene tramite il cambio di colore da rosso a verde di un led o il suo lampeggio rosso. La costruzione complessivamente é buona unica nota visti gli ingombri interni c'é spazio per qualche miglioramento alla dissipazione e il contenitore in sé conferisce all'apparecchio un aspetto "giocattoloso" che non valorizza le reali prestazioni del prodotto. In ogni caso il carica si é comportato in maniera piú che soddisfacente anche affrontando pacchi ad alto amperaggio ma con tensioni molto basse dell'ordine di 2.4 volt la temperatura dell'involucro esterno non é stata mai un problema e facendolo lavorare su di un fianco é sempre rimasta entro limiti piú che accettabili . Come sempre grazie alla logistica di Amazon per l'efficenza e la celerità.
