The tape measure came exactly as described and it works perfectly. I love that the tape measure snaps into the bottom and you can use one hand to tighten it up and get a precise measurement. It works with the same RENPHO app that the scale uses so you can track all of your data in one place, which is so nice if you are also using the RENPHO scale. The measurement also syncs right into the app so it makes measuring your whole body quick. You can track your trends and see how your body is changing from week to week. I definitely recommend it if you’re looking to lose weight and want another way of tracking your progress other than just a number on a scale. What I didn’t expect is just how useful this tape measure would be. I bought this because I started a weight loss journey using GLP-1s after years of struggling with my weight due to PCOS and insulin resistance. In the last 3 years, my weight has fluctuated within a range from 170 lbs to 230 lbs. It constantly goes up and down and because of that, I have no idea what size clothing I wear. I have clothes that range from way too big to way too small and I have no idea what size to even buy anymore. This tape measure has been so helpful in deciding what size I should buy. I use the measurements from the app and compare to the size guide for clothing and can finally get a size that actually fits on my body. It’s so useful because sizing varies between brands and I’m able to just open the app and compare my measurements whenever I’m shopping. For that reason, this little device can be useful to everyone whether you’re losing weight or just trying to find clothes that fit you well. I didn’t expect how useful this thing would turn out to be but I’m so glad I bought it.

This RENPHO smart body measuring tape is super easy to use and very accurate. I love that it connects to the app via Bluetooth and automatically saves my measurements, making it perfect for tracking weight loss or muscle growth. The tape is smooth, retractable, and feels well-made. Measuring waist, hips, arms, and chest is quick and convenient. Great tool for fitness progress tracking—highly recommended!

Great for keeping track of your inches! It has a simple design. Easy to find since it’s white! Honestly, the price was good. Using it is super easy too! It retracts easily and goes back together with no issues.

This is a terrible product. It's accurate. You can measure things to the tenth of an inch or centimeter quickly. It is dependent on an app to function properly to produce understandable information about your body. The app is horrible. It's much worse than I can articulate. Tablet use is deactivated, and it needs an email registration so they can use your phone and sell a bunch of information about you, but that's not the problem. The app just doesn't work. It fails to save the sizes, inches on one bicep are multiplied by ten by the app (the decimal is in the wrong place), the app leaves "accept" buttons off screen all the time. It takes forever to try to go through the various measurements, and you will find it just doesn't work. Even if you manage to get them all saved, the app will jack it up. You'll never know your bodyfat or health stats, and never be able to look at progress. If you use this tape and a paper notebook and use the Navy's calculators, this works. But you can get a tape measure for $1, and this product costs $25. Therefore this is a poor value and a bad product, and I wish I could return it, but I tore up the package because it's shipped in a clamshell. Sigh.

Franchement, je recommande à 100 % pour celles et ceux qui veulent un outil précis, connecté, et super simple à utiliser !

Works well and easy to use especially if you are doing the measurements yourself. Very accurate and the app is the biggest advantage as you don't need to jot down the figures. Plotting your progress is made even easier.
