I have read the reviews and everyone is complaining about U.S. plug. I think most of the people are travelling and they buy a plug in adapter for Europe countries..etc. If someone refunded the produt because of the plug in, it is a shame. They could buy from Poundland a adapter and it will work perfectly. Is like Oral B..all the people buy it and it has Europe plug in. By the way..product is fantastic

Do not buy if in UK. This item should not be used in UK as it’s designed for the lower mains voltage - buying a US adapter plug DOES NOT DOWN STEP THE VOLTAGE AND AS OER THE USER GUIDE WILL VOID UOUR WARANTEE and reduce the device longevity. Amazon should withdraw the item from UK sale

After 3 uses the comb attachment came away from the metal end, seems to have been glued together and not very well. The seller however was very helpful and replaced the faulty comb attachment at their own cost, when the manufacturer refused to help.

Do not buy this will not work in the UK This should be illegal to be sold in the UK, it literally blowed up the minute I plugged it in the converter This is super ridiculous Amazone should not allow such electronics to be sold in the UK

The mushroom shaped wand melted!! Before this it was working perfectly with visible results .. requested a refund :(

Item bought through Amazon Prime, UK customer. Item itself looks good/as described. Unfortunately item came with a 3 pin US plug, only suitable for 110V power outlet (see picture) I believe UK outlets are 230V. Unable to use as it’s not safe to do so. As far as I can see, the Amazon product description does not say that this item is for USA use only. In fact the item details states power source is battery (see picture) Spoke to Amazon customer service, they agree it’s not suitable for UK use and said they will refund me. Only gave one star as I am unable to try/use item, but it looks good quality/well made.

Turned up with an American plug. And on researching, turns out you can’t use it with UK voltage! Why is this available for same day delivery in the UK? Pointless! 🙄

This item should not be sold to UK customers as it cannot work over here making it completely useless, it states nowhere in the description that it uses 110v and is intended for USA use only. This is completely Amazon's fault and should never be listed. To top it off it appears like you cannot return it. This item is a complete SCAM.

Me llegó en muy buenas condiciones. La verdad el precio más elevado lo vale, se ve muy profesional, la calidad de los materiales se nota. Es todo blanco, los 6 cabezales funcionan muy bien! Si quieres algo distinto para tu cabina, es mejor opción que los demás! Por lo pronto tengo solamente una semana usándolo, pero no le veo ningún problema.

Seems fine. Works as promised. Not seeing any dramatic skin changes as I have used it like 3 times. But it works. Will update in a month on the effect on skin.
