Did not fit my bike said they would

So I ordered these because they looked good and we’re fairly inexpensive. What came in the mail was chopped levers. They cut the ends off and removed part of their logo with it. I paid $40 for them and now upon trying to return them, I only get $27 on Amazon credit... this is pretty infuriating.

Had trouble getting the levers shipped to my address, then discovered the brake lever was wrong for my 1996 Sportster. I sent in pictures of my stock lever and now they say there are two different levers for that particular year. They are sending the correct adaptor. They are trying to provide good customer service, but they just don't have a clue what they are doing. I like the levers. look great and do fit a little closer to the bars for small hands, but adjusment is limited by the release point on the clutch. Suggest smaller diameter grips for reach issues.
