Very good, high quality product.. Super smooth.. Works great.. You do need to have a good thick desk top to use. I used this with a 1” thick x 60” wide x 30” deep (front to back) desk. It is very smooth and quiet.. I have yet, to load all of my work monitors, but I foresee no issues as it is also very sturdy and does not wobble at all. I would definitely buy this product again. Have given family members one of my model and one of the newer controller model (USB ports built into the height controller) for WFH use. We are all extremely satisfied. In addition, we all have the Uprite Ergo Mesh Cable Manager and the PivyCord-V Flex Chain Raceway to keep the look clean and uncluttered.Unpackaging and Assembly: The item was well packaged with a fitted firm foam interior that protected the beautiful finish on the legs and frame. I don't remember seeing it, but the metalwork may be powder coated. I gave 5 stars for the assembly as it is easy and straightforward. While the assembly instructions are very good, they could use a better diagram for mounting the motor control underneath. For shorter desks, there are hooks on the box that attach to the frame. For longer desks you can screw directly to the desk. Because the hooks didn't feel "secure," I hooked the box to the frame, then added screws to make sure it stayed in place. Total assembly time: ~ 30 minutes.Short term usage: Thus far, no issues with the up/down movement and the memory controls. Very, very stable even when I mounted ~6 inches from each L/R edge of a 72" tabletop. If long-term use is the same, this will have been a bargain. I hope update at 6 months.Overall: Extremely satisfied and have recommended to my family for their home offices.Side note: I also purchased an Uprite Ergo Mesh Cable Organizer to keep the desktop and underneath the desk free of cable clutter. The frame is very sturdy with broad leg surface and double beams to connect the dual motors on both legs4. The metal is coated with a matte-quality material so it is not too shiny, but the coating is quite thick and consistent, so it feels very high quality, rather than some cheap paint;5.
