Noodle Ready Fettuccine, 7 Ounce

It's not as bad in taste as I thought it would be. It requires good chewing to ensure that you don't choke, but it's a great alternative to traditional pasta.

These are my favorite low carb vegetable paste noodles however please be aware that they are a choking hazard if you're not careful the texture is so slippery that if you don't sit-up perfectly straight or take big bites you can choke on them noodles they can end up in your wind pipe so if you feed them especially to elderly people or children make sure they sit-up straight up straight and take small bites and don't talk while they're eating. The texture is firm, not like pasta, so it is very possible to chew on a long noodle while the opposite end of that same noodle slipped down your throat, or windpipe, already and you have some quick chewing to do in order to separate that noodle - or cough the whole noodle back up. Believe me!!!

These are mostly tasteless which makes them perfect to pair with anything. I like the rubbery texture and use them as replacement for spaghetti. They are so easy to make and have virtually no carbs!

This isn’t so much a replacement for your favorite pasta, as much as it’s a replacement for pasta as a side dish or base. When you’re on Keto or Paleo, you want something to put under your protein. Or to be smothered in marinara or pesto. It won’t get any awards for best tasting pasta. It’s almost flavorless. But it soaks up the flavor from sauces really well, and is quite filling. Which for a diet food, filling and less than 10 calories is amazing.

I really wanted to like these noodles for my weight loss journey. However, I couldn't get two bites in due to the texture. Maybe it's just this brand but I followed the instructions exactly as it states on the back and the texture was like rubber. I felt like I was chewing on a brittle rubber band. And the noodles jiggled like silicone would. Yikes, would not buy again.

Better than some shirataki noodles I’ve tried, but still a little “crunchy”/“chewy”. They were okay. Definitely smelled better than average. I was disappointed the package was misleading and had a smaller bag inside. I cooked on the stovetop and added sauce.

I love these noodles. I adjust my carb intake on a regular basis, although I do not eat a low-carb diet. On the days that my carb intake is lower, I will incorporate these noodles into my evening meal. It helps to add bulk to my meal and make it more satiating without adding a bunch of carbohydrates, which could lead to increased water retention in the morning. The noodles take on whatever seasoning I use. One of my favorite ways to prepare these noodles is to make a stir-fry with veggies, tofu, Miracle Noodles and season it with red pepper flakes, almond butter, and coco aminos. Makes a great evening meal!

I have a hard time getting these noodles in our town. Thank goodness for Amazon. We love these! So easy to prepare. I rinse them in cold water then fry them in a hot pan with no oil until they squeak. Alone, they don't have much flavor, but adding any sauce makes them a VERY low calorie filler for many meals! I, personally, love the texture, but can see why others might have a bit of a learning curb to like them. They are a staple in our home.
