My Q1200's grill burner was only allowing approximately half of one side to show any flames. I cleaned it and still didn't resolve the issue, so I bought this as a replacement and now have flames all around as intended. An inexpensive replacement for a 5-year old part that had simply worn out with use. NOTE: This part's connection to the valve has a mesh sleeve. The original does not. To replace the part you unscrew one screw, slide the old burner out and put the new one in, using a screw to anchor it. Of course, all of this is done when the grill is cold, and no propane is going to the grill. The whole fix took under 5 minutes. Anyone can do it, and the replacement part was 100% compatible, fit as expected, and functioned as it should. It feels as durable as the original and I expect it will work for another 2-4 years before needing to be replaced. NOTE: I will also be replacing the regulator with an upgraded version (part available on Amazon). I got my Q1200 in May of 2021 and I've noticed that over time, there is a low flame size and no way to increase it with the dial. Replacing the regulator should fix this issue. It's much cheaper to swap out parts than buy a whole new grill.

So far so good, I didn't realize how corroded and closed off my existing burner tube was until I got this one. Fits perfectly, has good instructions for installing and is really simple. If your Weber Q is giving your trouble, this is a really easy fix.

Exact fit for my Weber Q200. This has allowed me to continue using my grill and gives a good flame spread as well. I was pleased by the price of the burner and ease of installing it in the grill. This will give me a few more years of use out of a good grill..

I would give 5 stars from initial impression, however I prefer to wait and see quality over time. I can say initially it seemed to be of better quality than what I remember from new. Overall I’m very happy as I know have even, open heat distribution across my entire grill. I don’t think your going wrong with this item

Replaced the factory burner tube in our Weber Q1200. Did it last summer and haven't had any issues at all. It was easy to install and the material quality is good.

Great fit, look and more importantly - fit like OEM Weber Burner Tubes. My Weber Q series grill needed a cleaning and the burner tubes were no longer performing well. The front tube seemed to be clogged leading to less flame (cold spot on the grill). These arrived quickly and were packaged well. Now my grill heats up like new again.

Purchased this to replace the burner tube of a Weber Q220 that had rusted through. Simple to replace and feel as though it actually outputs a better flame compared to the stock burner. Will be interested to see how long it lasts - but at this time meets its purpose.
