Avalon Organics Bath & Shower Gel, Revitalizing Lavender, 32 Oz

I absolutely adore the Avalon Organics Lavender Bath & Shower Gel and have been using it consistently for years now—it’s a true favorite! The main reason I’m so loyal is the scent: the natural lavender aroma is incredibly soothing and genuine, unlike harsh synthetic fragrances found in many other products. It transforms my daily shower into a relaxing spa-like experience every single time. The formula is fantastic, too. It lathers up beautifully, even though it’s sulfate-free and made with organic botanicals. It cleanses my skin effectively without stripping it of moisture, leaving it feeling soft, refreshed, and subtly scented long after I dry off. Knowing that it’s vegan and cruelty-free just makes me love it even more. For a gentle, effective, and beautifully scented shower gel, you really can’t beat this classic from Avalon Organics.

I have very dry skin/sensitive (atopic, because Ive using chemical chemo) and sometimes use brands like eucerin,la roche,etc for my skin but they are expensive for the quantity they offer. This is not that cheap but just compare other brands, like Im not that rich for buying expensive skin care, even more for the whole body. The scent is soft lavender not that strong, kind of a little vanilla there. Leaves my skin soft and clean, doesnt feel like sticky or super dry, is about enough cleanse, so If you aply your lotion, your skin is gooing to feel light weight. It didnt burn or feel weird about the scent on my skin, be careful because it might work on my sensitive skin but have in mind this kind of natural products have sensitizers for some people, overall and so far my experience is good and I would buy again. They have update they liquid shipment so It was complete inside the bottle.

I love lavendar, and this product smells nice, but the texture is bad, the pump is hard to use, you have to pump hard and then the liquid doesn't go in your palm easily. There are not really any soap suds, and as soon as I apply it, the liquid just melts away, it does not lather. I wished I like it more than I do. I won't buy it again.

I use several of the Avalon Organics products and have for a number of years now. It's very important to me that I avoid the harmful skin care ingredients that can be cancer causing and endocrine interrupters and the Avalon line ensures this. Skin care products can be outrageously expensive and I have to admit that I supplement my Avalon products with other products however, the Avalon products are a part of my daily routine. When I use a product over time I look for consistency in effectiveness, quality and packaging. The shower gel, day creme and body lotion all have a pleasing smell (I use the lavender gel/lotion), texture is consistent and good and the products are effective. Pump action of the dispensers very good and consistent.

In the past, there has been leakage when it was sent by mail. I received some leakage( the cap at the bottom of the pump was loose) Why not just cap the bottle and attach the pump separately in the box when sent? In a store, the pump can be attached to the bottle but sending by mail, separate. No leakage but the customer still has the pump to attach. This is what Philosophy does when it ships their product. I had a time in getting the pump to pop up to pump. I turned it the way the arrow pointed and it still did not pop up. I unscrewed the pump from the bottle, held it tight and then turned in the direction pointed at the top and it popped up. There are sometimes issues with pump tops( Philosophy too). The shower gel is a gel like consistency not creamy. Love the lavender smell, this smells more like the plant(lavender with an herbal undertone) Love it. Now the smell does not last all day but well enough after a shower. Lathers up rich to me. I also purchased the body lotion and will review it also. 32 oz is a nice size and should last sometime as this is not the only body wash in the shower.

Lavender fragrance is almost nonexistent. I don’t like overly strong fragrances but the lavender scent in this is faint and whatever it does smell like is somewhat unpleasant. Not awful but definitely wouldn’t buy again.

This smells good and is gentle, especially for women. The large bottle lasts and the pump is very convenient. I like that the ingredients are clean, not a bunch of chemicals and it still does the job. I've used this product for many years. The lavender oil scent, is true lavender, not chemicals, and it is wonderful. You feel clean after using this shower gel and it doesn't take a lot so it's an economical choice.

I bought this in 2021 two times, and I liked it. Then I tried other ones too. Now I came back four years later to buy it again.😄 And what a surprise! It was $7.51four years ago and it is $16.85 now, in 2025. I recommend it, it is a very good shower gel, just not for me at this price.

Wonderful. Foams up delightfully. No nasty soap chemicals. Full of good and expensive and enriching ingredients. Lovely and completely natural scent. Never leaves my hands itchy or dry - which may soaps do. And - best of all - SUPER MOISTURIZING. I use this instead of shaving foam to shave my legs etc. And it does a great job, plus leaves my legs nicely moisturized after it is rinsed off. Been using it for years and imagine I will continue to do so for a very long time.

Love the lavender scent . I use these to refill all of the smaller Avalon bottles at every sink in my house (6)

ロスから直輸入ということで時間はかかるとは思っていましたが 楽しみに待っておりました 届いてびっくり ファスナー付きビニール袋の中に商品が入れられてるだけで なんの梱包もしておらず漏れないようにキャップをテープで巻くなどの工夫も全くしておらず 小さい箱で横向きに入れられており ビニールの中で液体がこぼれベチャベチャでした 量も減っているだろうし何よりも体に使うものなのにこんなにいい加減な梱包で安全性は大丈夫なのか不安です 返品できるか只今問い合わせ中ですがこのような梱包では漏れることがわかると思うのですが もっと丁寧に梱包してほしい
