Magnesium chloride flakes in a warm bath are magic for muscle pain and tension. I like this brand a lot, I feel like the price is fair. I do prefer the raw dead sea salts from this brand for the trace minerals, but the purified magnesium flakes are good too. Mag design baths are a crucial part of my pain management, I use them al.most every day.

Great product, solid packaging and lovely smell. You just need a little in the bath and your skin will be so soft after. It also helps with sore muscles so you leave the bath smelling and feeling great!

I started taking 3 magnesium malate tablets a day as directed on the bottle and noticed quick results. My nightly muscle cramps diminished and within a week or so - they disappeared. I’ve also added these magnesium flakes to my bath. I soak a couple of times a week. Your skin absorbs quickly so this is a great way to get it into your system fast. Magnesium “oil” can be applied directly to the affected muscle to relieve cramps as well. When you dissolve magnesium flakes in Filtered water the results you get is silky and soft; it feels like oil but it isn’t. 1 cup magnesium flakes + 1 cup distilled water Boil the water. Pour the water over the magnesium flakes in a glass container. Stir until the flakes are dissolved. Add essential oils if desired and stir. Does not need to be refrigerated. Can last up to 6 months. You can use it like a lotion or spray it on usong a spray bottle.

Using this instead of epsom salts, and do far I'd say it's successful. Only thing is it does leave stickt residue on the skin. But if it works, I can deal with that.

i love being in the bathtub, but love soaking in salts. I used to use epsom salts in baths 2-3 times a month and always found I’d enjoy them then around 12-15 minutes later, get anxious and end the bath, somewhat wasteful for the amount of epsom salts used. Then I researched bioavailability and learned about Mg Chloride. When I soak with these I can last much longer than in Epsom salts.

Amazing for relaxing sore muscles !! I normally just use Epson salts which are good but these Magnesium Chloride salts are such fabulous quality and provide a deeper level of relaxation .
