UPDATE: So we had our treadmill for a little over a year and it had still been doing great until one day we noticed a rip in the belt. I contacted their customer support as we were still within warranty and they were absolutely amazing! It was a simple matter of providing them with a copy of our receipt (a screenshot of the purchase from our Amazon account) and a photo of the issue and within the next day they notified us they were sending out a full replacement! They were responsive, followed up to every email in a timely manner, and did not hassle us about the process like I’ve had some other companies do. They simply stood by their word and honored the warranty. Can’t ask for better than that. Not only is this a good product (it was still functioning well, I feel a rip in the belt could happen to anyone) but an honest, fair, responsive company that you can absolutely feel safe about purchasing from. Can’t say enough good things. Ten stars for these guys. If you’re on the fence, rest assured this company will take care of you if you need them. Wanted to try this thing out a bit before reviewing but it has not disappointed. It was easy to assemble and not too heavy. It folds up and down like a dream (see video). It’s true it’s not the same heavy duty treadmill you’ll find in a gym but we weren’t looking for that. It’s quite small when folded and easy to move around (it has wheels). We thought we’d store it in the garage when not in use but it turns out it’s small enough we’ve been able to leave it in a corner of the living room. I will say that when my husband uses it- who is much larger/more muscular than me and works out harder than I do- you can kind of see where it’s limits would be as far as what it can take. That said, it’s held up nicely for both of us. If you’re planning to practice for a marathon and straight up run on it for hours and hours, it might not have what you need. But for us, who just want something affordable that we can both use at home, with our differing workout levels, that will fit in the house nicely and be easy to maneuver, this is a stellar machine for the price and exactly what we were hoping for. Happy with this purchase and looking forward to using it for quite some time.

First of all, let me apologize, in advance, for this lengthy review; I truly need to express my thoughts on my personal experience with this treadmill and the buying process. Firstly, I was really excited to find this treadmill at such a good price, especially because I needed to find a portable treadmill under $300, which is the wellness benefit allowed by the company for which I work. I received the treadmill super fast, faster than the date that I was given, which impressed me even further. The assembly was super easy and quick, even when being stubborn and not taking the time to properly read the instructions. 🙄 Yes, I am that person. LOL. I truly, truly love the size and weight of this treadmill, as I am 5' 2" and was dreading having to lug the box up to my 2nd story apartment, then having to move it around inside. I did have my boyfriend help me, but I am sure that I would have been able to do it myself, with just a little more huffing and puffing. 😉💪🏻 It is so easy to fold and very portable. The wheels work great and I love being able to move it anywhere with ease. Once I got it all oiled up and my boyfriend and I gave it a whirl, we did notice a creaking sound that we were hoping would go away. Well, it didn't, so I e-mailed the vendor and was given instructions on what to check: ensure all screws and bolts are tightened properly, the treadmill is on an even surface, etc. We checked all of that and moved it to a different area, but it was still creaking only on one side. The vendor rep. said that some creaking is normal, as this is a portable treadmill and not a professional version, which I completely understand. I was willing to overlook the creaking; however, when I was asked if I would send a video for the technician to check if the sound was normal, I was happy to comply. When I was about to make the video, the rep. e-mailed me that it was not necessary to send the video, after all, and offered a replacement. Is that great customer service or what? I feel that the rep. went above and beyond my expectations and made the replacement process hassle-free. The fact that the treadmill itself is such a gem, for the type of equipment that it is (portable for home use), with it's wireless fitness tracking capabilities and ease-of-use, as well as the fact that it's wide and long enough for a good walk/run makes me happy, happy! Finally, this treadmill will help me keep fitness at hand and my people phobia at bay, as I will not need to visit a gym as often. 🙇🏻‍♀️🙏🏻😊

After a lot of research, I purchased the SereneLife Treadmill. I also purchased the delivery and assembly option. I live on the second floor of our building and my husband is unable to carry such a large box upstairs. Two men came and they carried it up no problem. I know people had said it is easy enough to put together, but I thought if they assembled it and there was an issue, they could put it right back on the truck. The associates that delivered and put it together were incredibly nice and put it together in no time. They made tested it out before they left and made sure it was working as it should. I have found it to be quite stable and easy to use. I use it for walking, especially since the weather here has been so unbelievably cold. I was originally thinking about a basic walking pad, but felt like this would make more sense, as it has handles and the emergency stop cord. I know some people have complained about its noise. I have never used a treadmill before, so I can't say if it is noisier than most, but I do not find it obtrusive at all. My only complaint, and it is minor at that, is the bottle/cup holders are very small. They do not fit anything at all. Other than that one minor flaw, I think it was money well spent.

Couldn’t be happier with this purchase, low cost, quiet and effective. Hard to get up at 3am and hit the gym for 4a. Now I can at least get my cardio out of the way in the mornings around 4/430a and hit the gym after work for weights ! So happy with this purchase ! Perfect little thing!

I love this foldable treadmill! The compact design allows me to easily fold and store in a vertical position when I’m done, which is a huge space saver. The assembly and setup was straightforward. The speed range is great for walking and LIGHT jogging, and the display shows all the essentials like time, distance, speed, and calories burned. Keep in mind, this treadmill is compact and its weight capacity is limited I would say 200 lbs. I’m 110lbs and works great for me and my 8 y.o. Overall, it’s a great value for the price, recommended!
