It was harder to remove the old faucet than it was to install this one. It looks great and is working perfect. Have not experienced any of the situations some of the other reviewers have mentioned.

Love love love this! We had a leak on our old faucet and the parts were not manufactured anymore so we had to buy a new faucet. This is so cute and exactly what I wanted with the old timey hot and cold parts, tall neck and a sprayer. Don't hesitate to buy!Also, 1 part came warped but Amazon sent out a replacement right away. Great customer service.

Lovely faucet and goes great with my farmhouse sink. But handles are pretty fragile. Hot water handle broke in half first time we used. Contacted Kingston Brass and they said they would replace it. Sent them required proof of purchase and never heard anymore from them. Had to go through Amazon to get a replacement and could only get a complete set sent which cost me $11 in shipping to return it. Poor customer service on Kingston Brass's part.

Just what we were hoping for, although had to put all the parts together, because it came completely disassembled. At least because of that, now we know how easy it is to remove the little magnetic "H" and "C" pieces if we need to tighten the faucet knobs. It has been installed for a few weeks and all is well, a definite upgrade as far as looks from our old faucet.

The media could not be loaded. Easy to install, nice looking for the price, but it leaked when the tap was running.This was due to the fact that the rubber washers the manufacturer provided are “skinny” and low quality. Once the washer was replaced with a thicker higher quality washer, it works fine.

Love the color of the metal, my husband didn’t have any issues installing and the aesthetic fits our 1900s farmhouse.

We bought this faucet March 2018 because the porcelain handles fit our kitchen decor perfectly and had it installed by a professional plumber. We had problems with water flow from the very start. I took it apart and found that the waterway between the hot and cold inlets to the faucet spout itself was made of plastic. I had to flush plastic shavings from the aerator screen several times before it cleared up. The water flow fluctuated almost every time it was turned on, especially the hot water side. I attributed this to the plastic in the water way. The final straw came this month, July 2019, when I went to use the sprayer and nothing came out of the sprayer and it also stopped the flow out of the faucet. After letting it sit with the water turned off for a few minutes the faucet started working again. Foolishly I tried the sprayer again and the same thing happened again. This time it took a longer sitting time before the faucet would work.I couldn't get rid of this POS fast enough. I replaced it with a Moen, after checking to make sure it had brass waterways throughout. Love the Moen!!

We just finished self renovation on our kitchen. This matches our farm style kitchen perfectly. It’s not a heavy duty set, which is ok given the price. Loved the look of the handles.
