Quality is great, just as I remember them being Fun for kids - mine was so happy that she got one & has been asking for a Magic 8 Ball for YEARS (She's just turned 11 at Christmas) No Batteries or special equipment needed. Maybe just don't throw it because it's not that kind of a "ball." Cool product for all ages, definitely worth it. Shipping was great - it was packed to where the ball would not rattle or break.

We all have played with one at some point in our lives. Easy to use game quality is good. It's a cute gag gift for a Christmas party( which I used this for).

I bought this as a conversation piece for my office. I joke about using it for all the tough decisions. Funny thing is no matter how young the person is who walks into my office, they pick it up and ask a question. It is a bit of childhood for people of all ages and makes them laugh. Mission accomplished!

The die is hard to read, and it does not settle in the window very well. This is definitely not made like the original. It works OK, it’s a nice little thing to keep on my desk. If you think you’re gonna get one that works like you had when you were a kid think again. Although, maybe those didn’t work very well either and I’m just mis-remembering.
