We ordered this and immediately fell in love with it. We have become spoiled with this product! We had it for less than a year but I actually ended up cracking. I reached out to the seller on a Sunday and they replied within an hour explaining we had ordered the first generation of this product which was known for cracking. They explained thoroughly how they have corrected the issue and sent a new one the next day free of charge. They were so wonderful and I am so happy with the resolution and will continue to be spoiled

We have had the shower head for 4 months and it has either cracked or separated, so water just comes pouring out. Of course they don’t warranty the piece for more than 30 days, so we are just out the money, which is very irritating.It was very pretty while it lasted, unfortunately for the price, the pretty wasn’t worth it. Find a different shower head. Save yourself the grief.

The Clear Shower XL makes you forget that you are in a shower. My shower head popped after 1 year of use. BUT. The customer service was amazing and they are sending me a new item for free instantly!!!

I love this shower head! It works wonderfully, and feels amazing! It's big enough that the water showers your entire body, and has enough water pressure to easily rinse the shampoo and conditioner out of my long hair! I have a standard tub, so my only suggestion to buyers who want to be able to turn the shower head vertical, is that you'll probably need an extender neck to make enough room to do that. Great buy and very happy!

The media could not be loaded.  The products looks amazing, but need to make with better material. The product only lasted a week or less for the price they’re asking for it I thought it was better material, now I cannot get my money back.

When I saw this go viral on TikTok, I thought I had to have it, so I bought it immediately. It may be easier to separate this into pros and cons sections, so here we go:PROS:-Super easy to assemble and put on your shower head-Has a nice flow when you turn your water on full blast-Very chic and modernCONS:-It leaked. A lot. No matter how much plumbers tape I put on it.-The waterflow was dependent on how high you turned your water handles on and there was no flow control. My tub was almost flooded after 3 minutes of having water on full blast, yet I had to lean back in order to wash if I put it on lower pressure. Water was still standing at the lowest pressure.–If you have hard water, this one isn't for you. You have to clean this every time you shower or else you'll get water spots on it.-it's bulky, and the "adjustable" feature to turn it horizontal or vertical was non-existent. The ball locked up a lot, which was a little concerning since the threads on the head aren't necessarily the best. The neck of my shower is shorter, and this was sitting right up against my shower wall.If you're looking for functionality, this is not the product I would recommend. If you're only looking for aesthetics, this is your shower head.

Too big for my shower and tub combo. Not enough pressure and needs an extension so you can actually get under the water
