The UI is horrendous. I own and operate a VOIP business telephone service company and was looking for a new "go to" phone to replace the Cisco SPA phones I have sold in the past.SNOM phone was just all around a better model.Had to return this phone in favor of purchasing more SNOM phones.

Using with a 3CX PBX system. 3CX provides a template and easy integration for most Fanvil Phones and this one is no different. Good feel, does not feel like a cheap phone. My specific purchase did not include a power supply or POE injector. This was intentional as I have a POE switch. If you don't have a POE switch, be sure to purchase one with the injector or power supply.

The phone arrived without a power cord, and won’t turn on without one. How can this be? Makes no sense.
