Great First Stage for a Whole-House Filter System
This spin-down sediment filter was easy to install and works exactly as expected. It does a great job catching larger debris before it reaches the rest of my whole-house filtration system, and being able to flush and reuse the filter is a huge convenience. The included mounting hardware and adapters made installation simple. Great addition for protecting plumbing and downstream filters.

Installed and works as expected. I like the fact that they give you a spare o-ring for the filter housing. The build quality is excellent and the purge valve is smooth in operation. No problems so far. I am on a well and this is filtering the sediment and bits of rust from a really old well pipe from the early 1940's.

Works great
Easy solution for course sediment from well water. Installed before water softener and flushed every other week. After a few months I had to disassemble and clean screen. Works great!

Great product easy to install!
Was easy to install while I was re pluming my filtration system. Easy clean out and does not restrict flow.

Small leak after 1 1/2 years
After about a year and half later. I noticed that it had a small leak where boots part is screwed in. Unscrew the bottom and reapplied some plumbing grease seems to fix it for now.
