I’m honestly satisfied!! The laptop arrived fast and clean. I like the immediate customer service support.

I have bought refurbished/renewed electronics, for myself and others, from Amazon and other places for years and never had a problem until this transaction. This product was described by the seller as "Renewed - Excellent" but was in Poor condition. The laptop had three very visible scratches on the outside cover, with additional scratches on the Apple logo. Worse yet, the backlit keyboard had MAJOR defects as 4 keys (A, S, E and D) had the letters completely worn off (and were illuminated as unreadable white blobs). Worse yet, a sticker had been haphazardly placed over the top of the D key. Not only was the sticker not even centered on the key, but a sticker on a key of a backlit keyboard disables the backlight functionality for that key. Horrible. I have owned a lot of computers over the years and have never experienced keys wearing off on a keyboard. This thing was either abused or defective from the start. I have two laptops that I use to run my business. Both bought refurbished or used (without being refurbished) and both have been great for multiple years and still have no physical defects despite a lot of travel and heavy use. Overall, VERY disappointing and deserves a 1-star review, only because I cannot give it a zero. I received a return authorization and will be sending it back for a refund. This disappointing experience also resulted in my daughter not having a computer for her first day of high school orientation. I’m buying another one from a different seller today, so at least she will have it for the first day of class next week. There should be some sort of quality control process for allowing sellers to market renewed products under the Amazon name. Maybe there is and this one just slipped through the cracks. Update as of 9/10/24, I have still not received my refund or any communication from Amazon or the seller.

It came it very good condition and works great!! I would buy another one it works really well!!

The laptop arrived in a bubble bag from FedEx. Inside that bad was a box. Inside that box was the laptop which was inside a bubble wrap bad. Outside of that bag was the rolled up charger. I personally think they should have bubble wrapped the charger as well but thank god nothing happened. Now to explain the photos as what I didn’t like. The laptop came wrapped with some type of protective skin. Very shiny and cheap looking. But quite thick. It was NOT perfectly applied, and due to this the corners were hanging off. Which then got stuck on the bubble wrapping which began peeling the skin off the laptop. See photos It didn’t make a huge difference because I wouldn’t want the skin on it either way because it looks so cheap and tacky with it on. I peeled it off to also confirm the ACTUAL condition of the body because they claim EXCELLENT in the description. I must say the body is in immaculate condition. Looks new. Not a single noticeable scratch anywhere on the back. It’s like it was in a case from day one. There’s also a skin on the bottom, but I left that alone because it’s applied properly and I anticipate that will come in handy to protect the bottom when place on various surfaces. The touch pad and keyboard is it good shape. This laptop was lightly used. Hardly any sign of wear. I wish the touchpad more closely matches the body though. But that’s probably an Apple issue. I went ahead and updated it. It’s relatively quick with minor hiccups. It’s running Sequoia 2024. I installed windows on it, as it’s intended as a gift and I want it to be optimally useful to the receiver. The 1TB is split down the middle for both OS. Windows 11 works amazingly well on this thing. Too bad I had to trick Bootcamp into installing it as it’s not officially supported. But otherwise, all the drivers work and ZERO issues. Some outstanding things I particularly like. The battery life is excellent. The speakers are LOUD as hell. The keyboard sound and feeling is orgasmic. The charger is type C and the cable is detachable. The gold color is just outstanding. Overall this is an excellent laptop and I would have given it 5stars if it wasn’t for the poor presentation of the skin and also a keyboard burn in on the bottom right of the screen. I would buy again and recommend.

The MacBook is working great so far. I haven’t had any problems with it.

My grandma bought me this laptop as a gift and i anticipated getting it ever since i hit submit order. i ordered it about a week and half and it arrived today and i was so so happy. i ordered the space gray with 16 GB and i was worried about how it was going to come in the mail with the other reviews but i was not let down. i bought the one in the excellent condition and it runs every well, the speed is excellent, the durability is amazing its very firm and heavy. the size is as expected 13 inch’s and i was so happy when i opened it up and seen he screen. the speakers and sound are loud and great for playing music. It it a very great product and came in great condition with an apple charger for it. I definitely recommend buying this product and it was definitely worth the wait. :) thank you amazon !!

I bought this and put it on the shelf for a while, and then I started using it. I used it sparingly and to test if a particular software can run on it. I'm not an active Mac user so I used it like once every two weeks. In about 6 months, I started seeing that the battery wasn't charging and I tried several cables, but still couldn't get it charged. When the battery completely ran out, I couldn't charge anymore. thankfully, I don't have any data or files on it as I barely used it. This is completely waste of money.

I purchased an "excellent" refurbished model. Even the "acceptable" level is supposed to have at least 80% of its battery life left. Looking at the battery cycle count, this battery is at the very end of its lifespan, according to Apple. The physical condition of this laptop is excellent, and fitting of the condition name. And hence why I am giving it two stars. On appearance alone, this looks like an almost new computer. But I'm now going to have spend another $100 to make the laptop functional by buying a new battery in the coming months. So just like nearly 20% of reviewers here, I was not given the condition advertised.

Nada barata y lo sirve !! Las pilas no sirven así como llego tuve Que llevarla a remplazar baterías, muy mal no lo recomiendo nada no vale la pena para nada
