Organic All Purpose Flour

This is one of the best flour I use for my sourdough bread! But last time Amazon package was so poorly done,so a flour was all over in a box!!! This is really un respectable to company!

I like Central Milling quality. I typically use this organic AP flour in combination with organic dark rye and organic spelt to make some of the most tasty loaves of bread. 10lb is perfect size, I don't have to worry about running out so fast!

Since Covid shutdowns started in March here I have been learning to make sourdough bread. This by far is the best Organic Four I have found online for a great price. Since my goal is to make great bread I have decided to purchase Organic flours. I also only want to have one flour to store so I opted for AP versus the Artisan Bread Flour. I up my protein percentage by adding some Vital Wheat Gluten. I wish I could have purchased a 25lb bag versus two 10lbs but price per pound was still hard to beat. I am thoroughly impressed by the quality of the flour and look forward to buy it more in the future.

This is the best organic flour we've used. Everything is so fluffy and when using yeast everything rises so well. Only complaint is that the package is almost always broken open when it arrives. It's not enough that I'm losing a ton of flour, but enough that I have a small mess to clean when it arrives and since it's open I have to immediately put it into a storage container.

Always love Central Milling Flours. I wish they had this one in the 25 pound here on Amazon too. Quality flour that I have used for 10 years. It is a little more expensive but worth it for the quality.

Very tasty and moust, but more dense sourdough bread from a breadmaker. Very different from when I use high gluten bread flour - that one comes out fluffy and light. Just be aware of the difference. It is our favourite choice based on taste for bread so far!

Love the value for such a high quality organic AP flour. We bake throughout the week and sourcing of our ingredients is very important to us. Great value in my opinion.

The product is good, no complaints on that and for that reason, I ordered again. The problem is, for a very expensive bag of flour, why can't it be packaged better. I just received my order but the bag was busted open and flour was all over the box. Such a waste. I reached out to Amazon for a refund or replacement. We'll see...
