yes - while it can be used in Semi as well but then there are cheaper alternatives available - this one is expensive and has to be used in Fully just because of the sensitive parts and make of fully automatic machine. The Quantity will depend on the load and in a day or two, you will get to know of the approx quantity to be used so that's an easy part
