Great thing, but worth working out how to set them up before your workout, otherwise you will spend half you workout trying to connect different band to this and an anchor point. So good band but research your workout before using them. I learned the hard way and I'm PT.

I am a Nutritionist and PT so I needed a set that were going to last and could be used daily.The bands are strong and good quality. They didn't feel cheap or as though they would snap.The set came in a drawstring bag with some extra little bands, an instruction leaflet and a door adaptor.Great item. Fast delivery.I have been using these bands / tubes for around 6 months and they are still as new with no breakages or wear or tear. I do use the full set on one pulley as using one or two bands wasn't heavy enough for me personally. They are good for switching up your training or for beginners too.I recommend this set and this seller.(YouTube have lots of channels for more ways to use the bands.)

Well made and useful chart, but my set disn't seem to include the advertised 'resistance bands for yoga' Is the product description correct?

These bands are awful!I wouldn’t buy these again in a million years. I bought them in ‘used’ condition which were supposed to be a good condition but I have seen better quality elastic bands than these. Utter rubbish. The joints that attach the band to the metal ring had clear signs of damage, holes and once stretched fully out they did not spring back which means you only get a workout one way because they have no tension on the way back. I bought these bands as a back up set to compliment another set that I own but these bands are fit for nothing but the bin. Even the grips were made from a cheap and nasty material which leaves your hand with a sticky substance like glue and foam was peeling. Awful quality and the condition was worse than advertised. I feel conned out of my money and advise people that sometimes it’s better to pay a little bit more for a product. Also the star ratings on Amazon aren’t as accurate as they can be! Customers pay more for quality or you will be left with products that are cheap and most of all dangerous to ones health. What would happen if I was doing an exercise such as a high anchored face pull with these? Because of the poor quality and holes in the elastic it could well have broken my nose! Poor product and extremely dangerous.

An awesome compact set of equipment for a fantastic price, everything you need for a first time user to a much stronger person than me! Amazon delivery was spot on also, I just clicked 👎🏻 by mistake when asked for feedback 🤦‍♀️ when that should be reserved for the miserable DPD driver who brought an eBay item 🤣

Excercise during lockdown made easyy, various resistance bands and tou can do any excercise no jeed to goto gym any longer small to pack and can be taken on a workout easily. Totally essential bit of kit for all fitness freaks
